We regularly do take out from here because the food is tasty and portions are huge! Have tried other Vietnamese restaurants in Burnaby, but keep coming back here. We especially love the mango salad.

I’ve heard this spot is open 24 hours, but I haven’t tested the late‑night hours yet. I stopped in one morning and ordered the bò kho (Vietnamese beef stew). The portion was huge, but the flavors didn’t quite stick with me.

The dining room is large with TVs for background entertainment. Parking can be tough to find, so plan a few extra minutes. I’m open to giving it another try and exploring other dishes—will update after a second visit. If the 24/7 rumor is true, my next bowl might be a midnight on

A 24-hour Vietnamese restaurant. Our favorites were the shrimp salad rolls and the chicken meatball noodle soup. The server was friendly. We went there late at night, and it seemed like more customers started coming in as it got later. There’s free parking available around the restaurant.

I've been coming here for a long time and today was the worst service I have ever received. Staff was rude, overcharged for items despite being out of stock of items (no chili sauce and I asked for mayo instead and they charged), and dropped food on me and still charged me double for the food they dropped on me. When I went to dispute the charge, she said there is nothing they can do about it. Worst service ever and I'm so disappointed because I enjoy this restaurant and service usually. And to top it off, not once did they apologize or try to make up for anything. I don't plan to come back to eat here.

The staff is Vietnamese, the environment inside is like Western food, the quality of the food is pretty good, the soup is delicious, and the noodles are thin, you can go there again

Good quality Vietnamese food that’s opened 24 hours in Burnaby. This place has been around for quite some time and offers delicious eats. Would recommend the lemongrass pork and chicken combination on rice. The portions are very filling and large and are roughly under 20$. Good solid Vietnamese eats.

There’s such a stark difference between ordering from Pho Hong in the morning and at night, and it’s hard not to feel let down. This evening, I ordered Bun Bo Hue, but what I received was pho broth—completely missing the signature spicy kick. On top of that, I specifically asked for utensils, yet none were included. It’s disheartening because the morning staff always go the extra mile, carefully packing orders with extra napkins and utensils, making you feel cared for. Even when dining in, the morning team shines with their attention to detail. But the night shift? It feels like the care just isn’t there, and it’s honestly a little disappointing.

If you go at night you will see a convergence of young and old…life begins and ends at pho hong…time stops as loud dubstep plays and you eat the best lemongrass grilled chicken of your life entire drunken life.
