Delicious food, great people. The broth in the pho is fantastic. The fish cakes are the standout appetizer.

This place deserves more attention than it gets. It’s easy to miss if you’re not watching for the front sign, but there’s also a back entrance if you need it. Inside, it has a friendly, mom‑and‑pop feel with a bright, open dining room.

I ordered the Bún bò Huế—wasn’t top‑tier, but it was solid for the price, with a decent portion. Overall, very affordable compared to other spots I’ve tried. Service was quick and the (lady) owner was genuinely kind and attentive.

I’d come back to try other Vietnamese favorites like cơm tấm and phở. Small sign, big value.

Tucked upstairs in a quiet spot, this cozy pho restaurant feels like a home-style eatery. The owners are friendly, and the pho is a standout large bowl with rich broth and loads of meat. For the price, it’s one of the best deals in Vancouver.

I tried the spicy beef noodle soup ( Bun Bo Hue), the soup itself is marvelous, very very good! However, the noodles were all cut into small pieces, and it became difficult to pick up by chopsticks. I prefer long noodles ( not cutting)

Pretty good affordable pho.

Came in at closing and the lady still let us in. Pretty decent meal for what you pay for. Not the best Viet food I've had, but this was decent. I'll be back.

Decided to check this place out for lunch today. Restaurant is located on the second floor which you need to take a set of stairs to get to from the front. Parking lot at the rear which takes you directly to the second floor.

Ordered their $13, large house special pho. The pho is really good even for the price. Lots of brisket and noodles but the meal could use a little more steak. I'd give this a pass though considering the price of beef these days vs what you're paying compared to other restaurant.

Service was great. The middle-aged man behind the counter was very friendly. Restaurant is cash or debit only. Will definitely be back for sure!

Came for the $13 house special beef noodle soup. Soup was a little salty but otherwise it's good value.

I was shocked to stumble upon a Phở restaurant that I thought disappeared with the 2010s.

It’s taken me 15 years to find Phở this delicious, this nostalgic with a price that can’t be beat!

Do not miss out on this gem.

My first experience here was pretty good. Large bowl of house noodle pho had the nicest cuts of brisket I’ve ever seen for a good price of $14. There was so much rice noodles though I can’t complain especially when I was hungry. Broth was good, I didn’t feel thirsty after drinking it.
I came back with family for my second visit and the older skinny Vietnamese lady was very rude. I’ve never seen anyone place food down so aggressively. She slammed down my parents pho bowls and just left. When my sister’s and my order came, she just shoved the plates in our faces.
I don’t know what her problem is but she ruined our dining experience, so unprofessional and obnoxious the way she treats people.
The other lady with shoulder length hair and glasses was nice wish we had her instead. My rice dish was alright, I found the rice to be too mushy

I'm not crazy for pho or vietnamese food in general. This restaurant made me crave pho. It made me dream of banh mi. 11/10 HIGHLY recommended.
