The beef was tender and cooked perfectly, and the herbs were fresh. Portions were filling and worth the price. The staff were polite, and the food came out fairly quickly. Overall, a solid spot for pho that I would happily visit again!

Good spot for a informal meal with family and friends. Food is great. Staff as super friendly. They do 15% off on Tuesdays and Weds. Vancouver has so much good Viet food the 3 stars isn't really a reflection on them. There's just sooooo many to choose from all offering similar stuff.

Our dining experience at Pho 68 on Sunday evening was very unpleasant, mainly due to the poor service attitude.
When we first entered the restaurant and were still looking at the menu, a female staff member came over and asked if we were ready to order, using a very impatient tone that made us feel rushed. When the food was served, another female staff member only called out the pho number without mentioning the dish name, as if customers were expected to remember exactly which number they ordered. Since we were not sure whose dish she was referring to and did not want her to keep holding the bowl, we asked her to place it on the table so we could figure it out ourselves. However, she still responded with clear impatience.
Throughout the entire meal, almost none of the staff showed any friendliness or smiles. Every time a staff member approached, it felt uncomfortable and pressured. Overall, the service made this a very negative dining experience.
As for the food, it was nothing special—just average Vietnamese pho. The fried calamari was bland and tasted as if it had barely been seasoned.
Taking the entire experience into account, I honestly felt that the service did not deserve any tip. However, out of basic politeness, I still left 10%. Later, my husband noticed that the card machine indicated the tip amount could not be modified, and the minimum option was 15%. I do not believe their service quality deserved more than a 10% tip—if any at all.
The No. 2 northern style pho, and sub sandwiches here are fantastic. Henley, Ted, Kailee, Avril, and Rachel always provide such quick service with sincere attention to detail that my visits here are always a pleasure.

Rice noodles is soaky. Lemon grass chicken and pork has no lemon grass tastes! I think they put red food colouring to marinate the chicken and pork! Pork is dry, and chicken is days old! Never go back

Honestly was really really good. I had #91 Vermicelli with chicken and spring roll. Always get the same thing from Vietnamese restaurants and this was the best I’ve had in a long time. Price very reasonable and big portion.

What a great place to have a hot bowl of Pho soup , with a rainy weather it it’s a perfect match. No wonder it’s always packed and busy here but it’s worth the wait, it’s definitely my new go to place. Please check it out.

I used to Love eating here, But after the horrible experience I had with the service. I’m never returning ever again. THe manager didn’t even ask if I needed anything. They served a hot soup and their table was wiggling also the chair I was sitting on. Soup fell over my legs burning me and they didn’t even ask if I’m ok.
