I came around lunchtime, and the restaurant was quite busy. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. However, it seemed a bit understaffed during peak hours, so my meal took over 25 minutes to arrive.

Went for a visit to Burnaby Mountain and thought I make a trip back to my old stomping grounds. Lived near the SFU campus in 2018 for 1 year and I loved it. Oh my, how things have changed! So many new builds as well as new establishments. Back then there was no Vietnamese restaurants so I was stoked to see Pho 99. Vancouverites know that this is an OG franchise scattered throughout the city. Remember Pho Hoa? Apparently they all bear the same name but are individually owned. First...
