I’m giving this place one star because when I ordered a beer with my lunch, the server looked at me, my toddler, then asked if I was driving. She then consulted with another server before deciding if she would serve me. It would do her well to have her own kids before judging a PAYING CUSTOMER she doesn’t know. I felt completely shocked and as if I had to explain myself to my mother. Even though she was younger than me, she clearly felt she had a superior view on parenting and my child’s well-being. She was the one who brought my kid a disgusting artificial candy/ choking hazard after I asked for a pen and paper. I mostly feel bad she felt the need to take her own issues out on her customers. She should mind her own business and have her own kids, then see how it feels when a clueless SERVER tries to judge you. Also the broth is watery. We won’t ever be back.

Lots of meat! And taste is superb. Usually add chilly sauce to make it spicy.

To me, their noodle soup is kinda flavorless. Anyway, if you just want to have a quick bowl of noodle soup after midnight. This place could be your option.

On June 09, I order a bogo from skip. 14.Steak, Flank, Tendon, Fatty Brisket, and Tripe.Soup was flavourful and boiling hot which was a plus. Restaurant did not skim out on bogo. Noodle was a little under cook so it was perfect for take out, otherwise noodles would stick together and get mushy. For full price, it was a tiny bit more expensive than competitors. The worse thing about this place is the underground parkade. It is a death trap during winter times. The slope is so steep that if you do not take extra care, the cars bottom will get scratch.

I visited this place every time I was in the area but haven't had a chance to be in Burnaby for a while. Visited it recently and the soup has gone downhill significantly. I couldn't quite tell what it was but I went around 2pm so I'm not sure if the soup was watered down but it didn't taste like it. There was flavor but it had no beef or spice taste. I was quite disappointed with the soup.I don't think I'll be coming back in a while. The servers were lovely but the food was lacking.

It's after midnight... you are hangry... you don't want a hockey puck on bleached white questionable bun from the Golden Arches. What do you do? GO!!!No idea? Welcome to something I don't see in Toronto. 24hr Pho!!! Now I've read other peoples reviews of this spot before venturing here - but with little to no choices of sustenance, you gotta go with it.Someone said it had bad service - at 1AM, getting any service... I'll take it. Someone was not happy with the lack of vegetarian pho - What? Is this a thing? I lead a sheltered life.Someone said the broth was weak - at 1AM+ My tastebuds went to sleep and I'm looking to just you know... EAT!Parking is easy to find in the wee hours of the night. Walked in and the place is pretty decent. Spartan decor, large seating area, doesn't say welcome but once again people... it's 1AM!OK... time for the food! OK... it's not going to make it on the best pho of bc list. The broth is light - probably more MSG than beef. The noodles were surprisingly good and the beef was more than edible. Would like to have it a bit hotter than warm ish - might be for my own good, in a semi out of it state, I probably would have burnt my self on hot soup! All in all, I would probably go again in a late night haze of food cravings, but it would not be a place I would seek out during normal eating hours. Oh.. that MSG thing? It's real... drink lots of water before passing out!2.5 stars.Cheers.

The pho is good but I hate the wait staff and I always leave mad.Old man with long thumbnail and visible black gunk, inside my friend's broth, claw grip. When confronted, he yelled defensively, eyes popped, nostrils flared, like he wanted to fight. Mad over-the-shoulder side eye as he left our table. Asian culture dictates an overgrown nail is best for scratching. Authentic taste of Vietnam and old man. Epiphanies on the origin of the word tainted.Chubby one with glasses gets visibly mad when you don't tip, but he only interacts with you when cashing out. Frustratingly hilarious that he expects tips when his demeanor is demeaning. Additionally, staff are rarely on the floor, or their full IQ is dedicated to drying chopsticks.Method of drying chopsticks is hand rolling on a towel. The same hands that just cleared a table. They do it out in the open, no attempts to hide it. They don't realize its unhygienic. Yes, every chopstick has a personal touch. Why bother washing them?If you're not white, just seat yourself, they won't get up from their chopstick drying table. If you are white, they will greet you and escort you to your table. Tips expected, either way.Sad, because almost 24/7 and the pho is good.Didn't want to leave this review because I wanted to come back, but it had to be said. Now, I won't be returning ever again.

Came here around midnight and the people are very lovely! The extra charge for a soup top-up was a turn off but nonetheless, they treat us first class and service was on point!

Food is good. Service it's quick. For the non-tippers like take out, their payment system doesn't make it easy to navigate to the option of no tip

Open 20 hours a day (9am-5am). Their veggie pho is NOT vegetarian -- they only have beef broth, so don't come here expecting a proper vegetarian pho option. If you're stuck here and are vegetarian/vegan, you can get B6: Bun Chay Vermicelli (Tofu with veggies and noodles; $16 plus tax). I ordered that.My food came out in less than 10 minutes. I got 3 (!) pieces of deep fried tofu -- that's it. The rest was steamed or raw veggies, on a bed of vermicelli served with a side of sweet, garlicky soy sauce. This is pretty lame. The portion is large, but the quality is unimaginative. If you're vegetarian or vegan, there's no reason to come here.
