This is our favourite local pizza place. Unfortunately, the last time we orderedfrom here was a bit disappointing. The crust was extremely flat, like it never had a chance to rise, so ir ended up very chewy. However, when we ordered last night , it was perfect again. Delivery drivers are always polite and friendly. Good job!

I thought I would try this pizza after I invited my friend over for dinner. I chose Pizza Factory because it is local & close to my home.I ordered the Super Hawaiian pizza.There was nothing super about it.Terrible, bland, and it tasted like every other run of the mill pizza place you never order from again. The box might have been tastier than the crust.Pizza Garden is my usual and is a way better choice.

I got sick after eating the pizza from this place.
I was just charged 27 bucks for a medium 3 topping pie. The explanation given was friendly and courteous, but not believable. I have been a customer of the North Road location for more than 8 years. I have never paid more than 15 dollars. The delivery came to the Burnaby General Hospital, which is not far. No compensation was offered. I won't ever order here again. Had a semi good semi bad experience here. Staff and quality is good. Policy however is not.I was told if I want to order pizza to dine in, I have to order indian food initially then I can order a pizza which didn’t make sense at ALL, so I had to sit on the takeout side of the restaurant which wasn’t pleasant to eat.Staff behaviour and quality was good.Will not be coming back for dining in!

This has been my go to pizza place for over 25+ years and not once we’ve had this happen but a couple weeks ago we ordered pizza and there was a cockroach in our pizza box, in turned off of any take out ordering, so disgusting and the health department has been called!! Absolutely disgusting ??
