This place is always my favourite as they make awesome Italian tasty pizza, we have tasted veg as well as the chicken one where as both the time it was fresh , topping filled with generous amount of olive oil and the cheese .. it’s always 10 out of 10.

We visited Pizza Garden (Metrotown location) today around noon and had an amazing experience. We ordered a half-and-half pizza — half Spicy Veggie and half Margherita — and it was soo delicious and perfectly made. The crust, sauce, and toppings were all fresh and full of flavor.
A special thank you to the pizza maker Bahadur for making such an incredible pizza 👏 Truly outstanding work! The rest of the staff were also very friendly and treated us really well.
We also used the 25% off first-time order offer from the app, which saved us some money, and I really appreciated that they did not compromise on taste or ingredients at all.
Overall, a great experience. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend Pizza Garden Metrotown to others!

i ordered a large margerita pizza here for 36$ last week it was the worst pizza i have ever eat it was just thin skinny slim bread with barely enough cheese to feed a mouse they are extreamly cheap on how they make the pizza and the charge the same price as gold for they re pizza i will never eat here again save ur money go dominos the pizza does not fill u up nor does it taste good becasue it doesnt have anything on it its jsut skinny slim bread espically if u only eat a cheese pizza and they barely used any tomotao sauce and cheese the box they put the pizza in is worth more then the pizza AGAIN I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY PIZZA GARDEN AGAIN YOU PAY 36$ AND YOU GET SCAMMED YOU DONT EVEN GET A PIZZA YOU GET BREAD IF YOU WANT BREAD GO TO WALLMART

honestly sad because i was coming here for 7+ years and the price has gone up tremendously while the size of the slices have gotten smaller and thinner. unfortunately i will not be purchasing since it's not worth it anymore :(

I ordered two pizzas because of their 30% promotion, but I was really disappointed. One pizza tasted like it had been pre-made and left out, and the other clearly had fewer toppings than usual. If they’re going to cut ingredients by 30% just because of a promotion, what’s the point of offering a discount? I’d rather pay full price and get proper quality.

This one star is only because I’m forced to give it — if I could give zero, I definitely would. An extremely disappointing experience: I originally scheduled to pick up my pizza at 7pm, but when the time at around 6:30pm,I got a message telling me the order was ready. Of course, by the time I got there, the pizza was cold. When I got home, I called the store to talk to the manager or whoever was in charge to explain what happened. After talking for about two minutes, they hung up on me. I tried calling back, but they just wouldn’t answer. What kind of service is this? It’s embarrassing for the entire food industry to have people like this working in it. Overall, this was an absolutely disappointing experience.

I requested to pick up my pizza at 7:00 pm, but it showed as ready for pickup at 6:40 pm. As a result, the pizza was cold when I picked it up! If that’s the case, what’s the point of letting customers choose a pickup time when it isn’t being followed?
