What an unforgettable experience! Manager Bairen or Bryan (not sure if I got the name right) was amazing. He took extra steps to take care of the customers. We’ll definitely order from this place whenever we want pizza.Here is the story, I am visiting my senior parents from San Francisco. After picking up the pizza, my parents had a harder time chewing because it’s too thin and too crispy for them. Not sure what went wrong, I called Pizza Hot. The manager explained there are 3 different kinds of crusts and what my parents had before probably was hand crafted which is between the thin and pan crust. And he offered to bake a new hand crafted crust for my senior parents so they can enjoy.Really appreciate what the manager did for us!
