What an unforgettable experience! Manager Bairen or Bryan (not sure if I got the name right) was amazing. He took extra steps to take care of the customers. We’ll definitely order from this place whenever we want pizza.Here is the story, I am visiting my senior parents from San Francisco. After picking up the pizza, my parents had a harder time chewing because it’s too thin and too crispy for them. Not sure what went wrong, I called Pizza Hot. The manager explained there are 3 different kinds of crusts and what my parents had before probably was hand crafted which is between the thin and pan crust. And he offered to bake a new hand crafted crust for my senior parents so they can enjoy.Really appreciate what the manager did for us!

I order from here often. There's good deals in their app, and you can get a freshly made medium daily special pizza, good for two meals, for about what you'd pay for three stale slices elsewhere. The loyalty program makes it an even better deal. I recently experienced an issue where the app crashed and my order didn't go through, but the manager of this location worked hard to make everything right.

The owner needs to take care of his employees customer services , and by the way your delivery drivers they don't own the parking spots on Kingsway street , being rude to ppl parking there is extremely disrespectful..

Had an order mistake( just got the wrong pizza no big deal) and I called to ask for a replacement. Gary took my order and when I arrived it was already waiting for me hot and ready and Gary was super polite. They mentioned they had made it themselves and Not only was the service top notch, the pizza was one if if not the best pizza I have had and I had to come leave a review after my experience. Thank you Gary!!

Ordered my pizza on line went to pick it up on the screen it sad ready but I was told it would be 5 more minutes the messed up the order, fine but when I got home and opened up one of the pizza boxes it was missing a pice and looks like the shifted it over to cover it up.
