Terrible service at this Pizza Hut. Today I went there to order. The waitress was cold, unfriendly, and impatient when I asked her to repeat because of her heavy accent. Very disappointing experience — I would walk out next time if she is working that day.

Been ordering here forever. Normally no issues and all is good. However I ordered a pizza today and it was supposed to be a pan but the employee made a handcrafted one. I called when I got home and explained this. She apologized but didn’t offer to make me another pizza. I did ask but she said she’d give me a dipping sauce next time. Didn’t really understand this as she clearly got my order incorrect. I didn’t feel like arguing with her. I will reach out to head office.
