It was my favourite pizza , until ended up paying almost 50 dollars for one large pizza , besides when you pay with cc or debit , tip option isn't option anymore cuz immediately prompt from the machine with minimum 6dlls even when you go and pick up your pizza , anyways today surprisingly the flavour of my pizza was beyond my expectations, ( or I was craving for pizza ) it was the smell the hot of the pizza the texture and today I got a bargain on the amount of ingredients

We ordered our pizza online, it said 30-40 minutes arrival. After 40 minutes I called pizza hut to see the status and they said the pizza is ready just no drivers available. At this point it has been 55 minutes since we ordered and our order was ready within the first 30 minutes. Once the pizza arrived after 58 minutes, it was delivered without an insulated bag and handed to us with a cold box. Also they got our order wrong. I called the store to talk to someone and the person on the other end starts mocking me when I mentioned to him our pizza has arrived ice cold. He kept repeating " you're telling me your pizza is ice cold?" The cheese was hard, I could pick up the entire pizza from anywhere without even it being warm. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he'll call me back in 30 minutes. We called pizza hut line 3101010 and they contacted them, spoke to them, "listened to our conversation" (according to them since all calls are being recorded) and was told the manager will get back to us on less than 2 hours and we'll receive a full refund and credit for future use. It has been 24 hours since this incident, no manager has called us, we don't have a refund yet and no acknowledgement of the terrible costumer service. One of the WORST experiences I have ever dealt with, with being mocked and response with sarcasm and no manager even taking the time to call back to resolve the issue. This location is 10 minutes from us and we always order for big events and gatherings and this is the last time I'm ordering anything from pizza hut. Also our order was about 70-80 dollars.

I usually order my pizza from the create your own menu. I ordered ground beef with red onion,but when I arrived home it was just pizza dough and sauce and red onion!!!!! No beef at all !!!! It’s the second time that it happened.

We ate dinner tonight there. In summary service and atmosphere were terrible. We were there about 25 minutes. The boy and the girl were talking too loudly. I waited about 10 minutes maybe they speak in low voice but they didnot. Then I asked a guy please speak in lower voice. I asked him please !!! Whitout seeing my face and listen to me he said when I work I talk like this sir. ( actually means I donot care). After my job we went there and spent about 40$ to have a good time. But it was overally terrible. When we finished our food I asked them for napkin. They were watching around and each other to find it. After 2 minutes I left the resraurant. Food was not good and was not bad. Overally was in medium level. But two persons who work there were terrible. I would say was so bad experience.

I always customize my pizza based on a pizza which is more suitable with my interest. And I usually select supreme, super supreme, or Mediterranean. And I remove items I don’t like such as beef and Italian susage and then keep perpeony, ham, and other stuffs as I usually like and add tomato on them! And it was what I did exactly today, and when I picked it up from store, and tried it in the car I saw there is no tomato and there is beef and Italian sausage! returned to the store to ask what is the reason? I guess store manager was while trying to pretend he understands me somehow he was blaming me as he was very busy and not even had time to hear more and conveying that I am not right! Then he throw the pizza out, backing to kitchen to make a new one, but it was very obvious he was not even tried to understand! Anyway, they brought the second pizza and it was the same as the first one with the same ingredients and just added tomato!!! I put it back to the store to respect myself and then put it on the counter but not claiming anymore for quality or refund, just returned to home. Latter They called me tried to sort out the issue, adding my phone number a free pizza for next order.
