I ordered an extra cheesy pizza, but the Pizza Hut order system wouldn't let me select the option for extra cheese on top of the normal cheese. It only allowed me to choose one option under the cheese category, so I selected extra cheese. Unfortunately, my pizza arrived with little to no cheese. I had to drive 10 minutes to get home, and I was extremely disappointed as my kids didn't eat it. They just had the other Pepperoni pizza from the same order.
After trying six times to reach someone through the Pizza Hut hotline, I finally managed to speak with a staff member at the shop. They refunded the $5.50 I paid for the extra cheese, but that wasn't what I wanted. I believe they should have taken responsibility for their mistake.

I think Pizza Hut should make sure they hire people who can read orders. That's the second time they send me the wrong dips.

This branch is very dirty. They don't even clean the tables and chairs. The pizzas are awful and all doughy, and the fried chicken is salty and tough.,,,🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️😒😒😒
I placed a $41.45 online delivery order (paid by credit card and used reward points). The driver tried to charge me again ($41.65). I showed proof of payment and asked him to call the store—he refused and walked away with the food. I said he could take it back since he wasn’t willing to help. Now I’ve lost both the money and my Pizza Hut reward points.
I called the store and was transferred to customer service. The rep (Ezekiel) laughed when I asked if I should just accept the charge and contact my bank. She said there was nothing they could do and transferred me back to the store—which never answered.
I order from here twice a month for family dinners. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I’d appreciate help resolving this.

It was my favourite pizza , until ended up paying almost 50 dollars for one large pizza , besides when you pay with cc or debit , tip option isn't option anymore cuz immediately prompt from the machine with minimum 6dlls even when you go and pick up your pizza , anyways today surprisingly the flavour of my pizza was beyond my expectations, ( or I was craving for pizza ) it was the smell the hot of the pizza the texture and today I got a bargain on the amount of ingredients

We ordered our pizza online, it said 30-40 minutes arrival. After 40 minutes I called pizza hut to see the status and they said the pizza is ready just no drivers available. At this point it has been 55 minutes since we ordered and our order was ready within the first 30 minutes. Once the pizza arrived after 58 minutes, it was delivered without an insulated bag and handed to us with a cold box. Also they got our order wrong. I called the store to talk to someone and the person on the other end starts mocking me when I mentioned to him our pizza has arrived ice cold. He kept repeating " you're telling me your pizza is ice cold?" The cheese was hard, I could pick up the entire pizza from anywhere without even it being warm. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he'll call me back in 30 minutes. We called pizza hut line 3101010 and they contacted them, spoke to them, "listened to our conversation" (according to them since all calls are being recorded) and was told the manager will get back to us on less than 2 hours and we'll receive a full refund and credit for future use. It has been 24 hours since this incident, no manager has called us, we don't have a refund yet and no acknowledgement of the terrible costumer service. One of the WORST experiences I have ever dealt with, with being mocked and response with sarcasm and no manager even taking the time to call back to resolve the issue. This location is 10 minutes from us and we always order for big events and gatherings and this is the last time I'm ordering anything from pizza hut. Also our order was about 70-80 dollars.
