Tried to order a buffalo chicken pizza, male staff then said there was no buffalo chicken, asked me to pick toppings and make my own so I did. Was advised 10 minutes to make the pizza upon arrival. Female staff came over to help and then finished the order and said it would take 20 minutes. There seems to be a communication error and she told me after I paid for the pizza and I asked to refund it and go elsewhere due to time constraints. She didn’t do it and said she would rush the order and didn’t offer anything else. Ended up taking close to 20 minutes anyways….

It's a pity that in Canada, where the two main languages are English and French, the customer service people don't speak English. They don't understand what people are ordering. It is a pity that there are more and more people in the service sector with a complete lack of understanding of what customers order. I am very disappointed.

I ordered through their website and waited a whole hour, but my order was never delivered—even though they marked it as delivered! I called customer service, and they claimed the delivery driver called me twice, but I didn’t receive any calls during that time. Their solution? They said they’d make a new one quickly… what a joke.
I claim a refund, wasted my freaking one hour +@ and this restaurant ruined my dinner for today, thanks a lot Pizza Pizza.
This is the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my life. I swear I’m never ordering from this brand again. They don’t even deserve one star!

I really liked pizza pizza service &and i got friendly environment there.
Should of listened to the other recent review. It’s like the bottom of the dough that touched the oven is fine but the rest is soggy and wet, kind of like slimy almost, Usually the issue is more apparent near the crust and less near the beginning of the slice, like it’s been improperly rolled out? I had mine warned up so it feels like it should of been even less a problem . The texture after awhile was nauseating because it tasted like bread soaked in water. I did wash my hands but I needed to share in the photo that’s not cheese, it’s undercooked dough .

Disappointed with our recent order. Ordered the 2-topping medium pizza, with the thicker crust on Saturday Oct 5, 6:15pm for pickup, and the pizza dough was still raw when we ate it at home. Couldn’t even re-bake it at home to salvage the pizza.
