I visited pizza pizza today for the first time as I saw they had a Stromboli and wanted to try. I got the pepperoni and Mediterranean one, it took about 10 minutes for my order to be ready, When I opened up the box at first glance the Stromboli looked and smelled amazing. I started to eat it and slowly after a few bites realized it was totally raw inside, the dough was still stretchy. I went back inside with my food to let the worker know what my food was looking like, when I showed him he said “that’s normal it’s cheese!” I was like that’s odd because it doesn’t taste like cheese. I then continued back to my car with the food where now I got my daughter to also look at the pizza, she also concluded it was raw, she then tried going back inside and letting the worker know but he was adamant it was cheese and never offered to replace our food. We ended up wasting 20 dollars on it! such a disappointment. Please don’t go here and eat the food it’s not safe, and they don’t care to rectify the issue. Save your money and go to Panago, Pizza Hut or even Dominos.

I order from this location on a regular basis and have always had such a great experience. I'm always greeted with a warm smile from the staff. The staff make me feel valued as a customer and take the time to ensure my order was prepared exactly as requested. Our pizza order is very particular and I have never been disappointed. Ordered a pizza online for 6:45 pickup. Came into the store and the employee said a guy with glasses picked it up!!!!! Didn’t ask for confirmation, just gave our pizza to someone else… all paid for. He was working by himself, no name tag either 3 other customers waiting for food. He said he could make another one would take 10-12 minutes, didn’t offer a discount or anything. Horrible service, he did his best being alone. But there should be some procedure to verify I paid pickup!!!!!
