Boba tea is so cheap wtf. Taste amazing, matcha pearl latte boba taste very grassy if anyone likes that.

For anyone who is complaining that wait time is too long, the boba tea only cost $5 so I can't complain. 🤷🏻‍♀️

2nd time order here. They got the drink wrong again. Boss doesn't speak English.

I had a bizarre experience with this restaurant. I understand that this is a place that most likely is staffed by students. As I got in to pick up my order from the food app, the chef walked out of the kitchen, exclaiming in Japanese, "he is not here?" at the door. He continued outside to look around even as I was leaving.

Upon returning we realized we were missing a drink. I went back to pick it up since I am not too terribly far while my family called ahead to let the restaurant know. The phone number went straight to voicemail.

I walked in to explain myself and the student staff explained to me that they don't do BOGO in the store. I tried to explain that if the food app sold an order of BOGO, they need to make two drinks. She explained again that her manager didn't tell her about it.

Eventually she did make drink for me to take away. She also confirmed that they don't take phone orders or answer phone calls.

Food was good. Kids love the sandwich. Portion was filling. Just a very bizarre ordering experience.

Ok like as one of the decent places at university for Asian food I have been here alot. And tldr I have to say this place I would give a 3 if not for there amazing katsu. Like I don't know what they do to their Katsu but it's soooo good for the price. The skin is crispy and pairs great with the rice.??Anyways now for why it got 3,Drinks: the boba is garbage ,the pearls have been unappetizing more times than not. I usually don't leave toppings unfinished but I have here.?️?️ However ❗❗ the fruit teas here a pretty good they put like real fruit bits in their drinks and it SLAPS???The service is fine , never had a bad experience but nothing standout.The inside of the restaurant is ugly. ?Like if you want Asian food this is an option, I crave their Katsu on occasion ( like right now) ALSO DONT GET THE HAMBURG STEAK ITS GENUINELY NOT WORTH IT , THE MEAT WAS SO SMALL.

Bubble tea is fine - I got the charcoal oolong+ pearls. I do taste some charcoal at first.I also notice that use powder milk+ brewed tea, so if you don't like powder milk, this is not for youPearls big and soft, chewyPearls are+60¢ due to inflation: ( but otherwise good price compared to their neighbor ( minus the powder milk part lol)Got a little bit of a sensitive stomach after consumption( which may or may not be due to the drink)

I asked for white pearl in my drink and they ran out of it but when I ordered, the cashier didn't tell me that it went out and proceeded as it's normal. Drinks take too long to make (there is 2 people making drinks) and it doesn't taste as good as it use to be.

Very nice food and good, quick enough service. Never seems too busy, so good if you don’t like noise.Most seats are weirdly crowded on the side, but you can easily move tables apart if you need to

Parking: It’s the SFU East Parking lot so you have to pay for a parking pass

Nice food. Friendly people. Left with full stomache. So far I have tried the sandwich, tomato beef noodles, and teriyaki chicken rice. Will try one of their stirred noodles next time.Be careful with their hot sauce. Really spicy. Stunned in my head while I was having their watery chicken rice.
