I’m not sure what’s up but since management changed or something the toppings have been real stingy and for the price of it, it’s not even worth it anymore
The digital signs are even harder to read now since they switch menus so slowly
Just wanted to give a shout-out to the Pokerrito manager working (Leopold, if my caller ID is correct?) - I ordered a delivery order direct from the Pokerrito app, and was a bit miffed when the Doordash employee they were partnered with was MIA almost two hours after I placed the order. Leopold called me directly to confirm that he, the manager, would drive the order DIRECTLY TO MY OFFICE to make up for the missing delivery driver, and gave me a free drink for my troubles. Crazy and unexpected customer service. Thank you so much again!
We used to go here all the time, but lately we noticed that theyve been cheaping out. We always get 3 proteins and theres barely any in there. And depends who's working, sometimes their protein and sauces are overflowing, but lately its barely protein and barely any sauces making it super dry. I would recommend going to steve's poke bar, theyre delicious and doesnt cheap out on servings.
Been here before but this time the protein was not even a full spoonful. Because I have only been there once before I needed to go over how to put the order in and both servers there just absolutely hated my confusion. It was pretty obvious to my husband and I. So service wasn’t the best, do your research before you go because they don’t seem to like answering or explaining how to place an order. Oopsies me lol.
Besides that the food is great, good quality.

This was my first time at Pokerrito. I saw an ad on Instagram and quickly Googled a nearby location. The service was good, and the staff were friendly. They fulfilled my order in a timely manner, the ingredients looked fresh, and the meal was delicious! There's plenty of parking and enough seating if you'd like to dine in. Price-wise, it’s comparable to other poke spots, but the portions are quite generous in my opinion. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it!

Food is pricey, for the quantity you get most of the bowl is rice anyways and it’s very little protein. The server only filled my bowl three-quarter full while the other bowl was filled to the top. I’m very disappointed that the bowl was not filled all the way to the top and when I mentioned this, they said it was because it was a different type of bowl. I don’t agree with what she said and I feel like if one bowl is full. The other one should be full, not 3/4 full. It was also significantly lighter than the other bowl Inside there was not much protein as I said before very disappointed and I feel like they could do better for the amount that I have to pay for this. I also believe many of these reviews could be fake as they offer rewards for making a review.

Today, I am dissatisfied with not being able to obtain the free tote bag that was advertised, despite ordering over $40 online.
When I picked up my order at the market crossing location in Burnaby, I asked about my free tote bag. Employee A responded by saying I should have entered the code during my order, so I will not be getting the bag. I responded by saying I tried entering the code, but it didn't work. Another employee, Employee B, said they ran out of bags. Then, employee A said the bags will arrive later in the day, and I will need to purchase again to get the bag when they are available.
Why do I need to make the order again to get the free bag? If the bag arrives later in the day, couldn't I come back with the receipt to get the free bag? A $40+ food order is no small amount, and it is distasteful to ask me to order $40+ again to get something I should have gotten the first time.
Update: Thank you to the Pokerrito team. I was able to get my free tote bag.

First time trying this restaurant, just driving by and needed a quick bite. We were greeted and served quickly. The food was tasty and fresh. The mix of different taste and texture were well balanced.

Just had takeout there. Ordered a salmon pokerrito and a chicken pokerrito. Portions were super small and the protein portions were minimal. For $13+ per item, I would expect more.

Sit down restaurant prices for take out food experience. Pretty good (staff were great) but price and quality don’t match

Excellent . Fresh. Good portions. Reasonably priced. The employees were very helpful. I come here specifically because it’s the best anywhere within a 20 min radius.
