First time. I built my own bowl, regular size, which means two scoops of protein. I cannot help but compare to Steve’s.
The good: fresh ingredients, good choice of vegetable toppings, great service, cardboard instead of plastic bowls, enjoyed the wasabi basil mayo and mango toppings. There was more rice in my half rice half salad choice than Steve’s. That isn’t necessarily good for me as I would rather have more of each topping.
The bad: Serving size seemed small enough to eat in one sitting, whereas I can make two meals out of Steve’s. The protein servings were also small. The scallop looked partially cooked and I like it raw. I did like that crab was a topping, not a protein, so that made up a bit for the small protein amounts. I also did not like having my toppings limited.
Overall, it was delicious and fresh and a similar price to Steve’s. However, the cilantro, mango, and albacore tuna toppings are unique and that alone would have me return here.

Daniel is awesome he took my allergies seriously and offered awesome substitutions based on my taste preference. 10/10 would definitely recommend as a Celiac and someone with a severe Nut Allergy this is a rare find I 100% will be coming back.

More veggie options compared to Steve’s poke bowl. Less fish option! Hope you could have chicken options too! If we could be helped for water when dine in, it will be awesome

Expensive and small portion. Walk 100m to Steves Poke for better food.

Love the food here, but had a really disappointing experience recently. I ordered two poke bowls online and after 40 minutes with no update, I walked over (I live nearby). The new white male staff member was super rude, and unprofessional - just told me I had to wait another 30 minutes with zero apology or explanation. No help, no care. Really hope management addresses this.

I visited here twice, employee treated me well. Also the bowl salad is very tasty. I asked if I could had extra bbq beef which showed on the ad. Employee gave me a favor after getting approval from her supervisor. I really appreciate her efforts and I enjoyed the bowl so bad.

Hazel is so nice and the poke is nice
Rarely care about service as I believe we go to restaurants to EAT, not to get served. But I have to say the service in this branch is excellent. The big Korean guy is the best (didn't have his name).

A great spot to grab poke, and super convenient since it’s close to Metrotown. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite like the poke burrito or prefer to dine in, it’s a solid choice. The servers are friendly, and the atmosphere is usually quiet. Probably because a lot of people opt for takeout.
Personally, I’d rather spend a few extra dollars here for a fresh, healthy meal that actually fills me up, compared to fast food like McDonald's. Their Tuesday deal is definitely worth checking out—honestly, it's the best time to go!
