We went there twice. The first time a female waitress helped us, she was kind and helpful. Today we went there again, three male servers there, some of them made us feel uncomfortable, them showed kind of disrespect (the way they call me) . By the end we asked to pay bill, one waiter gave us paper bill and just walked away, never returned to our table to collect money. Customer service is awful.

Tried their spicy Taiwanese hot pot with boneless short ribs combo. I would say it’s the best combination if you love spicy and beef quality is so good! You can create your own dipping sauce as they have many ingredients options. Clean environment and friendly staff. Will come back for sure when I am around Metrotown area!

Decent place to go for individual hot pot. The satay soup base is tasty. The prices aren't cheap but you do get a variety of items with your hot pot set.
Major downside is that you cannot control the heat of your hot pot because it's under a (gel?) type fire. There's no way to adjust so your hot pot will be boiling the entire time.

Saw this place on the gram, and we love hot pot so decided to come try it out. My advice is: RUN!!!
Go to Boiling Point, Big way, or Cho Cho if you don’t want to get disappointed.
Yes, the decoration is nice, looks good on the gram, but the soup base is tasteless, only saving grace is the dipping sauce.
It’s on the pricey side for what you’re getting. The ingredients are not that fresh, and no extra utensils for the raw meat.
If you can see pass all those things, the service is extremely bad, I understand we came within an hour of closing, but they were sweeping the floor while we just started eating, and mopping around us. Someone slipped and fell on to me, hit me in the back, and no sign out to warn people that it is slippery. No one apologizes or even check in the person who fell.
We got so upset that we left after we finished, and didn’t ask for the ice cream.

Right across Metrotown, this location is quite busy. Ordered the blade meat set 5oz, slices are very fresh as well as a variety of vegetables in the soup pot. Paid parking available at indigo lot behind the store. Drinks were ok, a bit watery for my taste. But ice cream dessert is an added plus!

This place service is nice enough but they look swamped, my lamb shoulder came out weirdly soggy and sketchy, it didn't taste fresh or right. Overall it's not a high quality shabushabu

It was my first time to try Taiwanese hot pot. The tomato and Taiwanese spicy pot were super delicious. There was a handsome guy with blond hair who was very good at service. He patiently explained the menu to us. The recommended beef was also delicious! ! Like Like ?
I've been here 4 times in the past year and each time has been very good. Service has always been good and prices are good, too. I've never had to wait long for the food. I also like that their staff can speak English.

I also loved the self-serve sauce bar where you can get creative with different sauces, herbs, and condiments. Plus, free refills on drinks and your choice of rice or noodles? That’s a win in my book!
The vibe here is super welcoming, and the staff are always around to help if you need anything.
