Pot Empire has become one of our go-to comfort food spots. The ambiance is great, the staff are very friendly, and the food is fantastic every time. They truly live up to their name as the Empire in hotpot— easily one of the best hotpot places in Vancouver/Burnaby. Highly recommended!

Tried their spicy Taiwanese hot pot with boneless short ribs combo. I would say it’s the best combination if you love spicy and beef quality is so good! You can create your own dipping sauce as they have many ingredients options. Clean environment and friendly staff. Will come back for sure when I am around Metrotown area!

Decent place to go for individual hot pot. The satay soup base is tasty. The prices aren't cheap but you do get a variety of items with your hot pot set.

Major downside is that you cannot control the heat of your hot pot because it's under a (gel?) type fire. There's no way to adjust so your hot pot will be boiling the entire time.
