I’ve been to a few presoteas. I miss the one at Brentwood because they ran very well and was very consistent with their quality of drinks and bubble waffles
This one wasn’t as great at Metrotown. The bubble waffle was very soggy. The drink lacked tea flavour, I noticed the usual “fresh tea” decor was not as present at this location either.
The girl who took the order though was friendly and helpful

I ordered a signature fruit tea with pears and the total is $11. the staff told me pearl need to add extra $1. But after i got the drink there is not pearls inside the drink. this is not good they charge me extra 1 dollar but i didn't get any pearl for my drink. totally not recommend to buy bubble tea from this store.

We ordered lychee green tea for $9.15, there were 5 staff working and we waited 10 minutes just for this drink. You can’t even taste the lychee from the drink ? I wouldn’t recommend!!

I ordered 2 mango slushes for my 2 kids and i made sure to tell the lady that i wanted a pearl for both slushes. When my kids were trying the slushes, they told me that there were no pearl on their drinks. I checked it myself and there are no toppings. I complaint to the cashier and ask for the drinks back, and when i return the drinks, they are asking for extra $1 for each drinks! I have 2, so i need to pay $2 for a pearl!!! Crazy! They didn't say sorry! The taste of the mango slush was also so plain and not real!! It supposed to be slush but it was just juice when it reaches us!!! We waited for a crappy service and crappy drinks! My kids end up not drinking it!!! What a waste of money!!! I won't recommend this place and I won't come back to this place again!!!

I wanted to share my today's experience at this store. I was welcomed. Staff was kind. I just needed a straw as i dropped it somewhere in mall. They were kind enough to provide me a straw. 100 times better than the staff of nearby store little tea house who said *no* for a straw with a fake excuse. Thanks presotea.
I bought Taro slush with pearl it tasted like crushed ice! They only offered large size for $9! So expensive! What a waste of money! I will never buy again in this store!

I got a cheese foam drink but it was in a non see through cup and not a lid where I can drink the cheese foam, I can’t taste or see if there was actually foam in there either

Despite being lactose-intolerant, I ordered the brown sugar grass jelly latte. The name was deceiving because it’s just milk, no tea…lattes are caffeinated. it tasted good nevertheless. It tasted even better after storing in the fridge till next day
