I wanted to share my today's experience at this store. I was welcomed. Staff was kind. I just needed a straw as i dropped it somewhere in mall. They were kind enough to provide me a straw. 100 times better than the staff of nearby store little tea house who said *no* for a straw with a fake excuse. Thanks presotea.
Despite being lactose-intolerant, I ordered the brown sugar grass jelly latte.
The name was deceiving because it’s just milk, no tea…lattes are caffeinated.

This one wasn’t as great at Metrotown. The bubble waffle was very soggy. The drink lacked tea flavour, I noticed the usual “fresh tea” decor was not as present at this location either.
The girl who took the order though was friendly and helpful
