the food is horrible and i’m a food person but this is so dry had no flavor the rice was hard and disgusting why are they still even running i don’t understand worst burrito in my life never again coming back again

I came back because my burrito the first time was decent, though the tables were unclean. I get the impression from staff that they are not happy with their job. Chips n dip tasted stale both times I ordered. I won’t be returning to this location

Very average place and service. Food is edible and not disgusting but just cannot compare with other mexican places, ie. Mucho Burrito. There, for the largest burrito (same price), you get free guac, hot sauce and they'll normally hook up extra things like extra veggies for free. Here at Quesada, "extra" for everything. Burrito was decently big, so issues there. But the mucho size burrito is pretty much the same size. Will not be coming here again.

I had an exceptional experience at the Highgate location. Prajin was incredibly welcoming and kind, providing outstanding customer service. His dedication and professionalism truly stood out, and I believe he deserves recognition for his excellent work. A raise would be well-deserved for such an outstanding team member!

Don't order the 14" Beef Burrito, just order the 10" it's like they don't understand that if you order a bigger size you need to put more in it. Some employees do it right, others don't. The food is fine but the 14" is $18.00 and really is the the same as the smaller sizes.

I was very impressed by the customer service provided by Jovan and Manita, they were very friendly helped me with the order, I let them to select the combination of food that will pair well and they did an amazing job! I loved the food! the service was awesome! I don't know if it's the time, but they definitely deserve a raise!!

Quick, Friendly Service. The staff is always making improvements, so if your experience happens to not be 100%, you can rest assured that on your next visit it will be much improved. For example they improved the freshness of their chips and salsa by refilling throughout the day instead of at the end of the day as it has a 24 hour shelf life only.

Their chips and tacos are also custom made and not off-the-shelf that you get at the grocery store. Their taco shell appears to have less (or none?) preservatives than what you will find in a grocery store too.

They seem to play the long game at this location so improvements are always a theme and your experience goes from triple-A to five-star A's in no time.

Note: Under "which dishes do you recommend" there isn't an option for what I actually prefer to order, so please look at their menu to decide if you would like to eat here. They have waaaay more options than what is listed under Google.

What is neat about the Kingsway, Burnaby location is as of the time of this writing they open till 4am Wednesdays to Sundays.

So it is great for those with hectic schedules and need to grab a bite to eat. Some days can get crazy busy for me and before I know it I look up at the clock and everywhere is closed, but luckily this Quesada is opened late for the majority of the week and because they have a nice variety of vegetables in a low carb taco, it matches my overall diet and supports my weekly anaerobic and aerobic training. I train in the 6:30 to 7:00 minute mile pace 3 to 4 days straight then 1 day off then repeat and I know when a certain food takes away my strength, power and endurance. Their a la cart tacos helps to support my year round training.

Parking: You get 90 min free parking using the Indigo App or by inputting the 90 min free parking option in their central pay parking machine located at various areas of the parkade.

You get 1 free 90 minutes per 24 hours. You can choose to pay if you need more than 90 minutes.

The parkade is not heavily patrolled after 8pm, so if you wanted to sneak in and out quick to grab a quick take-out or to grab something small from Save-On-Foods or Shoppers Drug Mart then you could probably do so without bothering applying for the 90 minutes.

The parking security station is to the west of the building so park in the east to give yourself more time.
