Quesada Burritos & Tacos

I ordered one burrito bowl and one Quesadilla around 1:30 through Uber Eats. My order number #4B3A0. My total was $35.77. I had hair in my Quesadilla very unfortunate and not great from a restaurant chain who is renowned nationwide. I need my money back. I paid for veggies in my food not for extra hairs. The food tasted horrible my burrito bowl tasted like it was preserved in a refrigerator and served, nothing was fresh. Very disappointed with this service. I want manager to contact me asap. I was eating last piece of my quesadilla when a thin hair came in my mouth. Very pathetic, I hope your food handlers use proper gloves and hair nets. I won’t be ordering from here anymore. Worst experience

Some of the employees making burritos are terrible, hardly any protein, beans, cheese and not worth going for what you get. This location needs to improve.

Was back from work and very hungry ordered nachos. See the picture what did they sent me. Paid extra for extra cheese and toppings. Will never order again 🤑

I'm sick and tired of going here and getting skimped on protein. It's as if they are concerned that they might accidentally give some semblance of value to the customer. This is the last time I'll pay $12 for a burrito that they can never seem to decide how much I should get. Each time feels like they try to give a bit less to see if I'll say anything.

For the love of all things please save yourself the disappointment and don't ever go here.

I went to this Quesada a week ago and the rice and the chicken were really dry. Will not be coming to this location again.

Although the food was enjoyable, the service was disappointing. When I asked for guacamole, the server replied, 'I asked you, but you said no!' which was not a pleasant response. As a customer, I felt disrespected, particularly since I did not recall being asked.

The spicy chicken burrito was disappointingly dry, bland and generally uninspiring even with the spicy salsa and chalkful of vegetables which didn't seem to taste very fresh either.

Long overdue review. I frequented this place when I was still living in that area. A tasty quick bite with a great selection of sauce. The menu on the healthier side of available choices out there.

Staff I encountered were friendly and served me with a smile.

The place usually isn't crowded during the time I visit. Tables are floor are clean. The main colors are red and white and is brightly lit, so not relaxing per se, but definitely quiet. A good place to catch a breath before tackling the day again. 3.5

The taco was tasty and all the ingredients were fresh.. I ordered it with ground beef and black beans. The flavours and spices blended well together.
The service was prompt and friendly. A quick and healthy meal.
