I find their Halo-halo very good at first so I decided to bring my friend on my second visit. I find it very disgusting when I saw how they prepare the food and I was so disappointed. Staff in the kitchen doesnt have proper training when it comes to food safety. The staff is not wearing any gloves while handling the ice cream and was leaking her fingers while touching the food I
ordered. No hairnets and just wipe her hands in her filty apron.
I would be glad if this establishment will be held for food safety inspection.
I will never recommend this store again.
I hope that this complain will come to the owner’s attention and will be addressed accordingly.

My son loves going to this spot! We love every dish we have tried. The staff are friendly and very cheerful. Amazing food, great value, and a fun atmosphere!

You'll find fantastic Filipino cuisine here!

I can personally vouch for the caldereta and longanisa, both of which were incredibly flavorful. But it's not just about the hot food; their Ube sweet rolls are a delightful dessert, and they stock a wide array of other Filipino snacks and specialties.

Whether you're craving a speedy and satisfying Filipino meal or need specific ingredients for classics like pancit, lumpia, or spaghetti, this place is a must-visit. You won't be disappointed!

I am writing to share feedback regarding an unfortunate experience I had during my visit to your establishment on the afternoon of June 11. I regret to say that the interaction I had with the cashier was highly unprofessional. The level of customer service provided was disappointing and did not meet the basic standards one would expect.

I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it will help improve customer service going forward, as I believe your business has great potential and deserves to be represented with the same care you personally show.

The lady with the eyelashes is so rude. The staff here are condescending and don’t acquire basic customer service skills. It’s over priced here as well. Take your business elsewhere!

The girl manning the front needs customer service training. She ignored me when I went in and I was the only customer there and I had to call her attention to get some food. She treated me like I was a nuisance and rolled her eyes when it was time to pay.

Worst filipino shop, they dont even understand basic english. I came first but they entertained first the new comer. Better get some professional staff otherwise close your shop

A size small for one food item is $13. No rice included. When I was asking for help/inquiring which food is which, the staff was very short and appeared impatient.
