I got a peppercorn steak and soup and drink . The sandwich had really nothing on it .no vegetables nothing. And when I was sitting and eating my food there are fruit flies everywhere. By pop machine along that wall and the seats by the window . These girls here need to learn customer service. I would of rather a sandwich at a gas station
I’ve come to this location a few times now and always served by Karamjit. My sub is always exactly how I want it and she’s always a pleasure to see. Smiles and greets. Clean space to eat in. I would recommend this location.
Today I ate chicken carbonara... It was delicious food and staff was very welcoming....I love to visit again very soon
Staff are friendly. Did get greeted once inside. Greeted when exiting. My sub was pretty good. I'm not that big of a fan after trying Quiznos for the first time compared to Subway. However, it was prepared very well by staff. Try it for yourself!
Served meat ball sandwich with no sauce. When i asked for more sauce. They didn't bother to warm up the sauce. Pathetic place and management.
First time eating at this place and it was a bad experience. The staff didn't even greet me.
I ordered two sandwiches with lettuce, red onion, jalapeños and green peppers and to my surprise, no veggies. I came back right away and asked them to fix it. They told me it’s an extra ….Don’t ever go to this place
Good sandwiches
Good sandwiches, fair prices
Burnaby Dawson st location Used to go all the time. Now there cheap on meat charge for veggies & sauce. lol. And no customer service sense at all.
Subway, Mr Sub, Safeway etc. all much better choices.

Quiznos is a Sandwich Restaurant Chain which competes with Subway. It used to have many outlets in every area in Lower Mainland earlier, but in past 10-15 years , many franchises have closed & today there are only a few remaining.
The Sandwiches served by Quiznos (in my opinion) are far superior in taste & quality to that served by Subway or the recently opened Earl of the Sandwich (at Langley).
Since the Quiznos Outlets have dwindled , we usually go to the outlet on Dawson Street to pick up the Sandwiches we order Online. Usually the quality of the Sandwiches is satisfactory (we are vegetarians & do not like mushrooms, guacamole etc added in them), but lately we found the fillings being "minimal " in the Sandwiches & complained to the Management .
After this we got good wholesome Sandwiches again from this outlet & the lady Ms.Param was most accomodating to our request & we thank her for this.
We will continue to patronise Quiznos & we hope more outlets can be opened again in the near future.

Restaurantji Recommends
Most likely the best quiznos I've ever had
Didn't let me use the washroom. I'd take my money somewhere else from now on.

I was in a hurry so I had nothing to eat for breakfast at home. At halfway, I realized I was starting to feel very hungry, so while waiting for a bus near Gilmore, I decided to quickly explore the area, and found this place. It was delicious, fast and affordable! I'm usually not a strong fan of sub sandwiches, but now I've fallen in love with Quiznos's ones, especially the chicken carbonara sub, which was definitely my lifesaver that day.

Horrible service. The cash register lady savy didn’t greet and was rude. It seems like she doesn’t like her job. I wish I could give her less than 1 star and moreover, It looks like owner doesn’t care about the customer service. Only want to sell LMIA for 25 k to this kind of uneducated staff.
