I 100% recommend anyone to avoid this place. Was there with my family and after 10 mins the games stopped working... asked for help but had to wait for anyone to help us. Took 10mins before anyone help. After the game being fixed, 5 mins after it stopped working again. Asked for help again and no one came for 10mins. After that we decided to just leave and asked for a refund. Was told i would get the full amount but would take 2-3 weeks to process.
1 month goes by and no refund yet so i decided to call. The lady I spoke to and I communicated my concerns told to me that she would put me on hold. So I waited for 10mins and guess what they hang up the phone on me. I called again and no one called me back. Called again and no one was answering my phone calls. So I waited few weeks and called. I was lucky to talk to someone who's aware that their location is scaming people lol. I was told I was only getting 21$ of refund instead of my full amount and on top of that, I would need to contact a third party company for the refund. LOL. Please avoid this place. There is much better places to go to! Never again going there and 100% would recommend anyone to go elsewhere. To be told by the staff member that their managers aren't professional, tells you a lot about a place.

The place is not maintained. The slopes are in a state of abandonment. We went at 7:30 pm and the lighting was already dark, unsuitable for playing. Children who played as if they were at the playground invading our line and the staff was never seen. $40/hour + $5 each for shoe rental + If you want to have a drink, they force you to buy food as well (is the rule of the house). Really a very bad experience (except for the guy at the entrance, he was friendly and smiling). I won't be going back.

90s price, 90s equipment, friendly and helpful staff
$2 a game from 10am-4pm Mondays to Thursdays Shoes $5 + tax (we bowled 2 games plus shoes is $9.20), they don’t take cash only debit and credit.
It is stuffy inside even though they had lots of fans running. We started with Lane 11, the balls keep getting stuck or wipe out our pins, after the first shot, then we try Lane 12 and it didn’t want to give our balls back. finally got to Lane 13 and it was fine.
We were so rusty and did our best.. the screen will have some graphics pop up after you bowl each frame. In between score boards, the TV screens were showing old MTV videos from the 90s..
Not allow to post our scores as we were really bad. All in all, it was a fun day, at least we try..
Good place to keep kids occupy for a few hours. The place had 12 lanes running today, mostly groups of tweens and teenagers.

We called them at 11:30, no one picked up the call. Wemt there guy named vincent didn’t even have the courtesy to listen. Was keep on walking here amd there while m talking to him. Then behaved so rude. Would never ever recommend to anyone at all. Avoid this guys. He is the reason business fail.

Disastrous service, we called them on 12:30 am before leaving home to reserve slot but no one’s answer for so long and when we reach , supervisor on site Vincent talked so unprofessionally . We told him we can pay for 2 hours just for 40 minutes game as we drove half an hour specially for bowling but Vincent is most unprofessional person I have ever came across
