Food was... not great. For me it was to oily and the sauce selection was almost non existent. The atmosphere was kind of cool. I guess it was supposed to be like a stall for a road restaurant. Quality of meat was good.

run. Don’t be fooled by the publicity. If you have the money, it’s better to go to Haidilao. The actual product was seriously inconsistent with the advertisement, and even the food for dinner after 4 pm was not complete. There are very few dishes, and the beef and other meats are extremely salty. I don’t want to mention the seasoning routines commonly used in this hot pot restaurant. It was extremely unpalatable, the tomato pot had no flavor at all, and the fish tofu was just a lump. It looked like I had no appetite, and I was really convinced. The brown sugar glutinous rice cake has very little sugar, but it is fried well. It was a miracle that the ice powder was gone at 4pm. And are your employees so lazy? As a "skewer" restaurant, the meat and certain dishes are completely scattered on the plate. It's not even a skewer. After eating it once, I completely gave up my desire to eat Chuan Chuan Xiang in Canada.

Very nice staff and noticed they refill the fridge very often to make sure there’s enough food.
Server is excellent and very accommodating. Make sure to try their sesame chilli oil. It’s great!
Parking: The parking lot is not big and not capable to go both ways. When cars leaving, you need to wait on Kingsway to wait for the car to leave before driving in the parking lot. Entrance is also tight for both ways.

The overall experience was great. Our 4 year old liked their food too. I think they are under staffed as it takes a bit longer to get things asked for to our table. And also items that were out were not refilled frequent enough. But the servers were polite and friendly. I think they deserve 5 stars. We would revisit next time when we come to Burnaby.
