I really enjoyed the food, very freshly cooked. The dessert, knife, was perfect, not too sweet but just right for me. I found it very very tasty. I chose to sit at low traditional tables, with a the decorations to get a true experience. I endorse it, 100%.

As a large group from Texas, we tried numerous items from the menu, it was all fabulous. Probably my most favorite meal I’ve had while in Canada. Mina is amazing and handled our large group like a pro. She was the best! Definitely recommend eating here.

Mina, our server was amazing. We had 21 in our group and her patience and courtesy was a 10/10….. and the food…. So delicious. Most of us had never had Turkish food and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend

We came as a group for what was advertised as live music and paid $15 each, but the performer lip-synced the entire time and acted inappropriately on stage. The ambiance and food were fine but, this fee deserves better entertainment quality.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the behavior of the performer, who I believe is named Khadija. I attended with a group of over 30 friends on a Friday night, expecting to enjoy live music along with dinner. We each paid $15 specifically for the live performance. However, the performer simply sang along to pre-recorded background tracks rather than delivering a live performance. Even more upsetting was her rude behavior toward guests. At one point, I politely requested a song in my language, which she did play. After the song ended, I genuinely thought she was inviting me to suggest another song for our group. Instead, she rudely yelled into the microphone, “How about you come take over?” I was shocked by how she chose to speak to me in front of everyone. It felt like a completely unprofessional and disrespectful response to a sincere request. I expected a welcoming and enjoyable evening but ended up feeling disrespected. Paying to be treated this way by a performer who didn’t even sing live is unacceptable. I hope the management ensures better professionalism from their entertainers in the future.

Went to dinner here with 2 other couples about a week ago. My wife and I ordered hummus as a starter. The bread served with the appetizer was microwaved and once it cooled a bit was rock hard, stale and largely inedible. Not a good start. I ordered the lamb and my wife ordered the veggie kebab. The servings were generous but pretty average to below average to be perfectly honest. My rating: 6/10, my wife's: 5/10. These ratings were a unanimous concensus amongst our group. Unfortunate as we all were first time customers and looking forward to our dinner there. The one redeeming menu item among 6 appetizers and 6 dinners was the Kenefe dessert. Fabulous and very authentic.
There are other better choices for Turkish cuisine out there and I'm disappointed to say we won't be back to Saray anytime soon.

Our server Mina was super great, she was very friendly, responsive, considerate, patient, and helpful. I am always happy to know that we will be served by Mina because she is a very good server!
