The Xiao Long Baos were really good. The first thing I noticed was how sweet the broth was, so if you like that, you’ll enjoy these. The Pan Fried Pork Buns (Shengjian Bao) were good too, but I like the Xiao Long Bao more. If you get the chance, you might also see them folding the baos.

The OG XLB place in Crystal Mall. The dumplings are made from scratch, with nicely sized portions for today's prices. Juicy and flavourful with every bite, with the dough not being too tough or chewy.

If I'm here and want a tasty snack, I always walk over to the end of the food court. I never even knew the name; to me, it was just the yellow stand at the end, but I always recommended it to anyone.
