I walked in 15 minutes before closing time and the person working there told me they weren’t accepting orders anymore. They don’t even have a pick up option for some reason but do have delivery on ubereats. It takes less than 5 minutes to make the drink whenever I am here. If it says closing at 11pm you should at least take orders till then. If not, say you close at 10:45pm.

Love the bubble tea from this place. There are no long lines, you can choose and adjust your tea the way you like, staff are friendly.

Drinks will always be sweet even if u say 30% sugar. Even wintermelon 0% sugar is loaded with wintermelon syrup.

We are from the states and did not know what to order. The guy making our drinks had suggestions and was so nice. No bad vibes. It’s all soooooo good. We all loved our drinks. I had the Grapefruit Green tea and my daughters had the coffee and black milk tea.
My friend and I were excited to try crema tea for the first time. We were unfamiliar with the menu, so we asked the lady at the counter for help. Unfortunately, she was incredibly rude and unprofessional in her response. she didnt seem interested in explaining the difference between the menu items. We were so put off by her attitude that we decided not to order anything and left the store without trying the tea. Employees in customer service atleast should have smiling approachable expressions to not out off customer.

I called to order a pick up. The staff said the owner doesn’t allow it. I have to come in person, order and pay for the drinks first. The staff suggested to order online. Then I checked different apps to try to order online, but online order was not even an option… it’s so ridiculous.
