Great place for sushi!My wife and I have visited here three times and enjoyed our meals very much.My wife loves the mixed veggie rolls and yam tempura roll. She likes the way the yam remains hot and crispy in the roll.I have tried Grouse Mountain and Maple rolls which kinda looked and taste the same. They were both awesome. The crunchy crumbs sprinkled on top of the rolls complement the softness of the fish and give it a more pleasant bite :)))I had also tried Kastsu don here but it didn’t live up to my expectations. So I strongly suggest their sushi not Katsu.Kid-friendliness: The staff has been kind and warm to us in all of our visits.

I love all the food here! There are many Japanese places in the area but this is my go-to. The seafood is good and high quality. I sometimes go here with my brother and grandmother after school is over. The owner is very very nice and the service is amazing. I also love the decorations on the roof and walls. I would give 10000 stars if I could.

Ordered the Deluxe Tempura, Rock Star Roll, Godzilla Roll, Chopped Scalloped Roll & Beef Yakiudon. The individual prices can be found in Google Maps Menu section. The total price was 69.04 after GST, excluding Tip. The Tempura & Yakiudon was very good. The sushi rolls were good, but on some of the sushi rolls, the rice seemed to break apart easily when picked up with chopsticks. It was plenty of food for 2 people, half of the Yakiudon was doggy bagged. Had Dinner on a Monday evening. The service was quick & friendly. The seating area is small/limited, probably why they had a few take out orders while I was there.

This small, quiet restaurant is a family-run gem that has consistently delivered amazing food since its opening.I've been a customer since day one, and the quality has not wavered. The sashimi is exceptionally fresh, and the rolls are truly to die for. What sets this place apart is the perfect seasoning of each dish; there's no need for soy sauce like in other restaurants If you decide to put soy sauce here, it sometimes can be too salty.Staff is also very very friendly, one of the best services I've gotten at a sushi place. Super nice and patient!It's a shame I didn't write this review earlier to express my gratitude for the consistently delightful experiences I've had here. If you're in Burnaby and looking for a fantastic dining experience, do yourself a favor and check out this hidden gem.

Cute family run restaurant. Don’t know where else you can enjoy amazing sushi and dine with a cat tree.We ordered the chirashi Don and salmon and tuna Don plus agedaahi tofu. Definitely one of the best chirashi don’s I’ve ever had! Everything was so fresh and the rice was delicious and prices were reasonable. 10/10 highly recommend. We definitely will be back.
