Single V Coffee is a cozy hidden gem tucked inside an office block on Kingsway. It’s a bit off the beaten path, but well worth the visit. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, perfect for a quiet break. Try their amazing four-nut cookies — they’re a standout!

I'd be shocked if this weren't the most delicious coffee to be found in burnaby! This little hole in the wall is clean, modern, offers pourover and unique specialty flavoured drinks. I noticed a little bean roaster there and their own small batch roasts for sale. I had the flat white and it was the most unique espresso I've had yet. Notes of chocolate and candied orange helped me smile on the way to my appointment (they were so quick too, must've been 5 minutes...
