Good place to have a drink and have some outside of the box Korean food. Loved the platter but it didn't hit the spot when it comes to original Korean food for example Jiang Jiang mien. I hope I didn't butcher that. Otherwise overall astetic and service 5 out of 5.

It was interesting experience, tasty and greasy food, it’s was a nice experience.
The cheese melts and since doesn’t drip the oil stays in the metal tray…
In general a bit sweet, which based on my experience is a norm of Korean foods. Overall it was a nice interesting experience .

An unforgettable dining experience!
The food was exceptional — every dish was bursting with flavor and had a wonderfully creative twist. I loved how unique and well-balanced the tastes were; you can truly feel the chef’s passion in every bite. The staff were incredibly polite, warm, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better.
I highly, highly recommend this restaurant — you absolutely have to try it!

Had dinner at Sooda in Burnaby with friends and it was a great experience. The fried chicken was crispy, juicy, and topped with fresh green chilies—super flavorful without being greasy.

The long sushi planks were definitely the showpiece. Loaded with toppings and really fun to share, they tasted as good as they looked.

We also had the big K-BBQ platter with cheese, corn, rice, and grilled meat. It’s total comfort food and perfect for groups since everything is meant to be shared.

Overall, Sooda is a great spot if you want big portions, fun presentations, and solid Korean fusion dishes. Ideal for group dinners and casual nights out.

The Sooda Box and hot plate specials are the highlights—flavourful, rich, and great for sharing. The atmosphere is lively, service is friendly, and food comes out fast even during busy times. Expect a wait so make reservation ahead of time. but overall it’s a tasty, unique Korean dining experience that’s worth lining up for.

Food was great!
We ordered 3 items but for some reason, only 2 arrived. We were billed for 3 items. We informed them about the item that did not arrive and they quickly rectify the error. Before leaving the place, to our surprise, they gave us the 3rd order for free to go.
That's what you call damage control and excellent customer service!
