I went 4 time in a week. We don't have such a good pizza in Calgary. Gluten free pizza for my wife was also unique. It's the best she has ever ate!
Giuseppe makes really a warm and family atmosphere. Thanks to Lorena too for the excellent service....it was like to be in Italy. Will definitely be back!

The food at Sopra Sotto is excellent. Both the pizza and the pasta are top notch. We've eaten here many times and it's never disappointed.

However, their customer service needs some work. We made a reservation well in advance for a large party. Upon arrival, we were informed that they never received the reservation, we must have made a mistake, which of course is very upsetting when you're entertaining out of town guests and they're outside...

The food was excellent and the serving staff was lovely. However, it was so loud that it was almost impossible to have a conversation at our table of four, and the lighting was not cozy. In addition, either our server or the kitchen forgot to make one of our mains, so our food got cold while we waited for the final meal. Overall, a little disappointing. I find the Commercial Drive location more inviting, in terms of noise and lighting.
