I visited Standing Egg again after a year, and it was just as lovely as I remembered! The Korean girl working around 1 PM on Saturday was so kind and friendly. The latte she made was absolutely delicious, and the latte art was beautiful — it really made my day. If I come back to Vancouver, I’d love to have another latte made by her again!
I usually stop by this place whenever I go to the market, but during my visit on August 27 around 12:30 PM, I had a very unpleasant experience with the cashier. When I went up to order, the cashier was not even at the counter but sitting and using their phone. They didn’t smile, looked uninterested while explaining things, and when I asked about the restroom, they didn’t mention that a key was required, so I had to go back again just to get the key.
