I've had my share of pizza throughout Canada and the US, and the pie I had at Stan's on Saturday was easily in my top 5 'ever' pizzas.
The crust: perfectly cooked, pillowy-airy inside with a crisp bite on the outside, couldn't have been better. The sauce: a standard tomato that was well balanced with herbs and spice, ideal amount and spread. The toppings: we ordered a 2-topping ham and pineapple, and found both ingredients were plentiful and optimally placed. Yum in every bite! The cheese: oh yeah - a fabulous blend of cheese that was broiled to perfection and stayed melty. When we were there the place was slammed from a group of 25+ who'd arrived, but there was no misstep on the quality of the pies even with that rush on. I'm already looking for excuses to return to The Heights *just* so we can hit up Stan's. 10/10, just awesome traditional Vancouver pizza - go get some!

Ordered our 1st take out. Pizza was good, however, there were large chunks of mushrooms & a lot of pineapple but little meat.
However, we also ordered the mini donuts. These were not good. They tasted old, stale & were very hard.
Despite little meat, the pizza was good. Otherwise, my review would have been lower.

I am a traveller visiting, craving pizza and Stan's did not disappoint. Great Staff. Really Cool place, it will certainly take you down the Hockey Memory Lane. Another room has items that brought back great memories of my Younger years with Records, Musical items and lots of Boom Boxes and radios I am sure you have not seen in years. Highly recommended

Used to love this place but in my opinion, it’s gone down hill recently. Not sure if they changed owners or what but it’s definitely not as good as it used to be. Not the worst pizza in the world but not even close to the best.

I got carded for off sales and charged 38 dollars for four “mocktails” which really sucked. Was hoping to have an alcoholic drink with my Za and instead I just had some stupidly expensive soda.
Awesome place for pizza 🍕 and beer 🍺. Food is excellent, and the service is top notch. Highly recommend!

Every time we come here we are served immediately, everyone is very friendly. The pizzas are delicious, the dough is crispy and the toppings are fresh. Our daughter prefers this place because the tomato sauce is not spicy; besides they have many options the best thing is that you can buy a large pizza and choose half and half toppings, we love it, for us it's great that they always have music and TV plus the decoration is great!

Every time at Stan’s is a great experience! Good food at a reasonable price. We all know how the cost of going out to eat has gone up in recent years, but they have lots of great specials whether popping in for a quick bite solo, or ordering for the whole family. Always a hit for work lunches too. Shoutout to Marko who really goes the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience! Love the fun family-friendly vibe. My niece and nephew are so excited for our next pizza and games date at Stan’s. Best pizza place in North Burnaby!

The nachos tasted stale, and the pizza had an odd-tasting crust. The atmosphere felt a bit strange and didn’t seem very kid-friendly. Additionally, the place could use more attention to cleanliness. Hardly no toppings as well on the food. The food is also very pricy for what you get.
