This location just feels like closing whenever they want. Second time coming here on a different week and they’ve decided to close before 2 pm with no explanation. I’ve watched others walk by in disappointment when there’s never any warning they’ll be closing earlier.

Doesn’t feel like a cafe walking in, very sterile - like a medical clinic. Cream is behind the counter, cinnamon is behind the counter, always at least 1 person in a mask. It resembles nothing to a cafe vibe, and their snacks are never fresh and come from some warehouse. No active conversation between clients and employees, and no customers talk to each other too - just stare at their laptop or phone. Yeah, nothing like Paris or Milan here - lol - zero soul here Service is ok, employees just doing their job, they are nice, I don’t blame them

The Asian woman in her 20s and brown hair is an extreme dog police! I had my small and well trained dog with me to pick up a mobile order - two other baristas were helping me with no issues (said my dog was cute and even gave her a large sized pup cup) and suddenly she pops out from the back and demands that we go outside in an unnecessarily authoritative tone. It’s 5:30am and there was one other guest there who was completely unbothered. WAY too overkill and enforcement-heavy on the dog policy. I just need 2 min to pick up and go. Why would Starbucks have pup cups if not to incentivize dog owners to come? Needs to chill out and use discretion to read the situational context.
