A mobile took 30mins to complete and staff doing the walk in and ignore the mobile order even they told you your order is next. Don’t bother to go to this Starbucks , service extremely suck and even have sufficient staffs

Horrible service. Recently noticed a lot of 1-star ratings (this store deserves them!). Rudest staffs ive ever encountered before. tbh, their managers should step up and take action to improve the quality of staffs and drinks.

Workers are absolutely rude with a large ego. Customer service is terrible for a paying customer. Treats people like its an annoyance to take a order. Would not be returning.

What a horrible place to have a coffee at. The guy at the register working at around 4 PM on July 29th (he had no name tag on) had this weird attitude for some reason and he was not interested in serving at all. I do realize he may be having a bad day but the attitude was uncomfortable. He rang us up and then they kept talking with zero interest our my order. I feel grateful for the Starbucks on Marine and Ontario, those guys are so nice and they always overdeliver with the customer service. I hope the management of the store at market crossing looks at this and work on their customer service.

I ordered a Frappuccino and while they were making my drink and a few others, I was nervous that I saw her use real dairy milk in my drink. A couple orders came up at the same time, so I confirmed with her that my whole drink was dairy free and not just the cold foam. She confirmed that it was, and I apologized for asking and explained that dairy makes me quite ill. She confirmed again that she had made it with oat, but offered to re-make it for my peace of mind. I belive her name was Anika? Wonderful service!!
(Food got rated at a 4 because I made a poor choice and didn't LOVE what I chose, but it was made very well and had a decent flavour 😅)

Nice and clean Starbucks with friendly staff. Just wish there were more seats, and the chair cushions are kinda dead — not great if you’re planning to stay a while.

Ordered a berry refresher… it was EXTREMELY watered down. I did not want to complain as I waited for my mini pancakes. I get in the car and put my hand in the bag and the pancakes are super cold, as if right out of the fridge. Disappointing and disgusting stop at Starbucks.
I've been a regular at this Starbucks for a while, and the morning team is always friendly and welcoming. However, my experience on May 29th around 2 pm was disappointing. The barista (Asian descent) who took my order spoke in a condescending tone, making a comment about my Matcha Grande in a Venti cup, as if I was somehow trying to get more than what I paid for. I order a Grande in a Venti cup to avoid spills in my car, but her tone made it seem like she thought I was just asking for extra.
To make matters worse, she got my order wrong by failing to add oat milk. When I double-checked with the second barista, he responded with an attitude, which I found completely unnecessary. This kind of service is why I don't tip in advance. Customer service should be about respect and competence, which was clearly missing this time. The morning team deserves better teammates.
