I saw online they were hiring barista, I called them and they were saying come tomorrow for interview. I went there and manager was so rude, he doesn’t even have a sense, that how to talk with people. So mannerless and grumpy personality. Definitely don’t suggest anything to go there.

This is the best Starbucks place on campus ( the one at univercity is so mid), they haven't messed up my order yet and I go frequently???. They can still make The ISOM with isent on the menu anymore ❤️?and they have good wood tables. The staff r always nice ??

Just got a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino from this location. The male barista with glasses was unnecessarily rude to both me and another customer. Apparently the crunch topping doesn’t come on a tall drink? No where online does it say that. Asked if he could put some on top since thats what I paid for. He refused and gave me a very non professional answer. Not buying from this location anymore.

I have ordered the Matcha Frappuccino without syrup at this Starbucks more than ten times before, and it has always been successful. Today, the person who served me was a man with glasses and braided hair. He was really rude and unfriendly. He was extremely impolite and had a very bad attitude. When I asked for no sugar he just said 'No' with a very impatient attitude. And later I requested a spoonful of syrup, he said“No” again. He didn’t give me any explanation. I feel like he did it on purpose. If you don't want to work, please go home and take a break, but don't take it out on customers. This is racist, if not I don’t understand why did he treat me like this.[His name is John.]

I got a latte, expecting the usual balance of coffee and milk as at other Starbucks. However, to my surprise, the drink had too much milk and lacked coffee flavour. It seemed more like warm milk than a latte!
Slowest service ever. With six people ahead of me, it took 25 minutes for me to get my drink. It was like this 10 years ago and its still like this. Whoever manages this location needs to fire all the staff and hire some real Starbucks employees.
