I used to go to this starbucks bc i need my daily caffeine intake, but just recently, the americano started to feel watered down. Even the americano at Timmys downstairs got more coffee in it. I love the staffs, the atmosphere, but please, i paid $6 for an americano, i expected it to be real americano, not just some old-coffee-ground coffee. Legit tastes like water now. Hope it gets better

Always come here for a quick pick-me-up in the morning before class but for some reason the older woman at the counter is terrified of me?? like I can't be any different than a regular customer. She always spells my name wrong (whatever) makes a huge deal about it (I don't care) and almost always gets my order wrong :/

The manager names Leapen( sounds like that) hanged my phone first. When I called again and she could not even understand customer’s order and request while other locations has no problem to understand me.

why are they charging for no ice? this cashier was bad and rude made me feel disrespected, what a bad customer experience, such a bad image for starbucks😡(this cashier was the assistant manager with a man bun, he should be fired) everyone else was fine

I saw online they were hiring barista, I called them and they were saying come tomorrow for interview. I went there and manager was so rude, he doesn’t even have a sense, that how to talk with people. So mannerless and grumpy personality. Definitely don’t suggest anything to go there.

This is the best Starbucks place on campus ( the one at univercity is so mid), they haven't messed up my order yet and I go frequently???. They can still make The ISOM with isent on the menu anymore ❤️?and they have good wood tables. The staff r always nice ??
