Disaster customer service and rude employee. It takes them 25 min every time I order here

I don’t go to Starbucks very often, but last week I decided to go since I was at the mall and there weren’t many people in line. It was me and my girlfriend, and since we didn’t know much about the drinks, we asked the cashier for a recommendation. I don’t remember her name, but she had a Stitch character on her name tag. She was super friendly and patient, asking if we wanted something hot or cold, if we liked sweet drinks or not too sweet, and if we wanted something with coffee or something like tea or another option I can’t remember. Based on our answers, she suggested something she said was very popular there: an iced white mocha with extra chocolate and vanilla cream instead of whipped cream, and caramel on top. My girlfriend and I loved it, and we even ordered the same drink at another Starbucks this week.

I accidentally placed my order at the Station Square location instead of Metrotown. I informed Miguel about the mix-up, and he quickly understood and had everything remade right away. Huge shoutout to Miguel, his professionalism and efficiency really stood out. He definitely deserves a raise.

Lia was amazing, she is so kind and her customer service was outstanding. Even though they were extremely busy, she was fast and always keeping a smile on her face. The drink was really good, the only thing I don't like is that they don't have the Summer berry lemonade all the year, thats the best drink by far and is annoying to have to wait until next summer.

Service very slow and not friendly. Ordered a grande refresher for over $7 just to pay for a cup of ice. No drink all ice. What a joke. Highway robbery. Won’t be coming back
Amy was very rude to us. I had a horrible experience. My husband ordered a mobile drinks for us while we came to pick them up and asked water for my son because he was choking. He asked Amy for the water amd told my husband to go in the line up to order water. Why do we have to go through in lineup for tap water since my husband made ann online order? Also, it took them forever to bring it. Also, she gave a tap water to customer and gave him exception without going to lineup and she didn’t give us an exception. That was totally rude. Plus, why the service at this Starbucks location is so slow compared to other Starbucks stores?
Need chairs for older people. This place caters to the younger generations with no physical issues standing the whole time while eatingml.

Asked if they could fill up my 500ml water bottle and they said I had to buy something. I asked to buy a cup of water and they refused. Walked over to A&W and they filled my bottle without hesitation. Safeguarding ur water from the tap when you charge $12 for a speciality coffee is actually insane. Having a rule in the middle of a busy food court mall to not fill a customers bottle with WATER, makes me actually never want to drink Starbucks again. Do better guys!
I stopped in on Wednesday and the woman working the counter made the visit miserable. No greeting, eye‑rolling when I asked a simple question, and a flat‑out rude tone throughout. very bad Customer service!!!!!!
