Who designed this place? It looks great from outside. The inside of the store doesn’t make sense. You seat on the benches with your back facing the view outside. Just a few actual tables, without outside views.

Been waiting for almost 20 mins for a drink. I asked for it they said it’s been called when I never heard my name and someone took my drink it wasn’t on the table. They were kind. To make it again for me. This is a busy Starbucks if you go pay attention to your drink and name

They refused service several times and did not sell me a donut and coffee.They excused themselves that they don't have a change from 100 cad bill. I brought a 100 dollar bill, I went with this 100 bill to another place (not Sturbucks), and I've got excellent service there. The worst service in the world that I received at this Brentwood Starbucks location. I'll never go there again till the rest of my life.

Good location as its in Brentwood and it has seats that are great for studying. While it might not be enough to host a ton of people unfortunately. Still relatively cool in terms of layout. Staff and food are good as well.

Worst service ever. Nikki ignored that I’m there at the cashier. When another customer came, she helped her instead. When i ordered, she rudely said they are out of dark & didn’t even let me know pike was still brewing & didn’t ask if I wanted sugar or milk & it was Not busy. I’m have been using the app for the longest time & I always get great service from All the other Starbucks: avoid Brentwood mall location

"Last night, my family and I went to this Starbucks branch. Unfortunately, it was dirty and there were a lot of flies in the desserts. The environment was not clean at all, and I won't be going to this branch again."
I walked in and was immediately hit with a screeching "HELLO" from one lady. The other staff there were extremely kind, patient and friendly. My Iced black tea came out as expected, and tasted pretty good, however the same lady with the annoying voice called out my order. Her name is Kiera and I really hope she doesn't use that voice in her day to day life.

Funny how I have redeemed my points over a dozen times at a different location for a drink and here you guys charge 200 points for what I have been charged 100 not even a few days ago for the exact same drink. Honestly the women at this location were rude as hell

Usually the experience here is so good but this one guy doesn’t know how to talk. He looks like ahit as well. It was 9:54 and they close at 10 but we were denied the entry. Last time I saw him he made the worst coffee ever. This guy should be FIRED!! So annoyed!
