Dear Starbucks,I’m writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received from a member of your staff on 12/23/22.Although I don’t remember his name, the boy who served me was extremely kind and patient, and he made a difficult day much easier for me.I had come into the store to order a tea, and I mentioned to him that my daughter was feeling sick. He listened to my concerns and provided me with helpful information and recommendations with a smile, which meant a lot to me at the time.I just wanted to take a moment to thank him and to let you know that he is a valuable asset to your team. I was actually pretty stoked about this! For the average Save on Foods Starbucks, this was a delightful experience and tasty Soy Decaf Latte. I mean.. what's not to like, pretty simple but believe it or not, sometimes it's hard to get a consistent good service at the low key chains in grocery stores.Friendly staff, yummy drinks and good service!
