often have issues at this coffee shop. They frequently misspell my name, get my coffee order wrong, and when the coffee is finally made, they don’t even call my name to let me know. The service is really frustrating, and it’s disappointing to see the same mistakes repeated without any improvement.

I asked for a refill with the exact same previous order, even showed them the sticker to avoid any mistakes. Of course, there was a mistake—they replaced my oat milk with a CREAMER. Now I'm stuck in the toilet for the rest of the day.

The shop is generally well-maintained and organized, making it convenient for customers to collect their mobile orders. The store's operating hours are also accommodating, and the staff members are consistently friendly and helpful. They have consistently fulfilled my orders accurately as per my requests made through the app. Since it is inside the mall, it's convenient to visit while shopping.

I had a terrible experience with Starbucks.1. This waitress didn't ask my name when I placed my order, so I didn't know which coffee was mine.2. The coffee was hot, why didn't this waitress put a sleeve on the cup, and this burnt my hand after I took it.3. When I took a sleeve, the waitress gazed at me with an unfriendly look as if I'm in dept.

I received a terrible cup of hot chocolate from Starbucks. My beverage had no chocolate in it. The drink was not hot. There was no whipped cream. I had asked specifically for whipped cream. Whoever prepared my drink deliberately didn't do their job properly. The instructions were clear and typed.
