Honestly I like this store. The staff is polite and are always happy to help. What i hate is that I always see the supervisors/managers huddled up and are talking while 1 barista is running between taking orders and making them. And the poor barista got treated badly by some people beacuse it took too long. This store needs better management. The staff deserves better.

Got my drinks today very unsatisfied with the drinks. i got these same drinks from metrotown food court starbucks nd they gave me the prefect venti cup but they said its their menu they can’t do anything which indicates bad customer service.i hope they get to know how to deal with customers politely

For a location so busy, they have never messed up with my drink. Its one of those American sitcom cafe “where everyone knows your name” hahha. I always go in at random times but the staff is always friendly and kind. The fact that they all know my name is crazy. There are alot of amazing partners like Savanah, Cheryl and many more. Shoutout to Megan for carrying such an incredible team and Abbi loves comin here. Cheers 🍻

For all of its flaws (at the corporate level), Starbucks is a reliable place to sit down, get a coffee, study, and have access to an outlet and WiFi. Can't believe the bare basics are this hard to find in Burnaby, but here we are, and here Starbucks is to the rescue.

Unfortunately my order was whole wrong! Such as I order matcha protein latte and they gave me coffee one. Also I asked for light ice and it turns out they added ice. I had to take the extra ice off myself. Also when I asked about tap water they mentioned that you gotta order from the counter and it is understandable. However, they didn’t have any issue when it comes to some Canadian guy asked the same water thing from out of the counter right before me. I felt unimportant and sensed racism in a way. Such a waste of time, money and effort was… It is very disappointing when they’re busy; they can’t handle well and they don’t even do double check… I’m very unsatisfied from this order and I wish I can take my order, money and time back…

I like take a double expresso here. Their toilet has lots of room. It is very hard to find a place nearby where you can drink a coffee and access a restroom. Plus, there’s Wi-Fi to enjoy a moment of personal time. For a starbucks standard . this one is qualified.

I order a hot matcha latte, and it tasted fresh comforting. What really makes the experience even better is the great and quick service, as the barista was friendly, efficient, and got my order just right. It’s my go-to drink for a midday boost or a relaxing treat.
