ABSOLUTELY outstanding service

I ordered a London Fog with soy milk through the Starbucks app, but unfortunately the app didn’t let me select “no water.” That was my mistake, I should have ordered in person. Even though it was a busy morning rush, Camie kindly remade my drink without any hesitation. Her kindness and level of customer service truly made my day. Thank you so much, Camie!

No supervision in new employees or instructions on how to make some things. Saturday morning 8am two people behind bar line up at the till, half a dozen people waiting for food or drinks, store has been open for only two hours and already an employee is taking a break while everyone is going mach 5. Multiple people upset and now late for work missing busses and trains etc. Employees need to move with some urgency. With howbl few people are coming in, or shouldn't take 20 minutes just for a coffee. I used to work at Starbucks and we never had this slow or poor customer service. I'm a daily customer and I'm incredibly disappointed in the direction this store has taken lately.

Pumpkin spice crème frappe was very disappointing. Alarmingly orange and very liquidy like a latte… It isn’t very good either it’s just lightly spiced milk with whipping cream… Unfortunate that this is my first experience at this location

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for several years now, and it’s the only one that has never messed up my order. The service is consistently fast, efficient, and the drinks are always spot on—I never realized how rare that was until I tried ordering at other locations.

Yes, it does sometimes feel a bit more expensive than other Starbucks, and occasionally they’ll pause orders on the App possibly because they’re short staffed or something. But honestly, I respect that, it means I won’t be disappointed when I pick up my drink. I’d rather have them keep the quality high, and they always do.

This location sets the standard for me, and I really appreciate the team here.

The quality of service at this location could be better. The locations at Kensington Square and SFU provide amazing service that encourages customers to stay (creating a good atmosphere). The feeling you get here is the opposite; they would like you to come in and leave as quickly as possible. This is particularly interesting because they need customers now more than ever.

I get my venti mocha no foam everyday at Starbucks but usually at Brentwood Mall and Solo District locations.
Today went to Holdom since I was heading on that direction.
I wondered why my drink was a little light on weight, the barista didn't bother even filling my drink.
Whats the point of ordering a venti size when all you get is a worth of grande size?

I went in around 7:16 pm and was told, “We’re closing in 5 minutes,” even though their posted closing time is 7:30 pm. I mentioned that I thought they closed at 7:30 pm, and they said, “We are, but we shut down some machines because we usually don’t see other customers around this time.” I understand that workers start cleaning up near closing, but if you’re going to shut down machines early and refuse to make certain drinks just so you can leave sooner, it feels like you’re basically closed already. If you don’t expect customers to come in during those hours, you should just adjust your closing time. Overall, it felt like they didn’t want to serve customers anymore.

It’s 2 o’clock in the afternoon there’s no dark roast only Pike there’s no short cups and there was no cream. How poorly managed is this place?. and when I pay they’re expecting a tip as it says on the machine a crazy

Was waiting patiently infront of the glass display case with the food as they prepare drinks and sorted out other orders on the go. They clearly saw me since they said hello when I walked in. Another customer came in and walked straight to the cash cutting infront of me and they took his order right away. This isn't the first time I've had bad service or been ignored at this location, but I have speak out now.

It doesn't take much to secure coffee to prevent it from leaking. Buy better sealing lids or don't sell coffee at all. I must made a mess in an high end apartment. Tsk tsk.

I always pick up my morning coffee at this location. Nicole and Jisoo are the best baristas! They are friendly, competent, work efficiently, and are always professional. Always happy to see them as they greet me and brighten my morning.
I’ve watched as they’ve handled rude, belligerent, and entitled customers, while maintaining a sense of composure, politeness, and grace.
Although these interactions negatively affect me they are able to continue providing cheerful and kind customer service.
