Don’t bother ordering ahead at this location. You will end up waiting while half of the staff on site just idling. Incompetent to make a simple drink right. Complete waste of time and money.

I’m really disappointed with the service I received at this Starbucks recently. The barista wearing mask who served me yesterday and today did not follow the instructions for my order either time, and important parts of my drink were skipped. It feels frustrating to pay full price and still not receive what I asked for.

She also seemed very rushed, almost like she was in a hurry to finish the shift everytime, and it affected the quality of the service. I expect Starbucks staff to take pride in their work and pay attention to customer requests, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience.

I’m sharing this because I hope the store can address the issue. I don’t want anyone’s day ruined or money wasted because of repeated mistakes. I hope she can improve her attention to detail and customer care moving forward

They should take a little bit of pride in doing good work but it seems they fall short in that area. I hope my drink is a decaf, it isn’t checked off and I had to get a remake just now it still has hardly any of the cold foam on it. This isn’t the first time they made me a crap drink. Same guy too I think. Hope I’m not up all night if I drink this. They rely on people taking their bus rushing and consciously ruin a drink and said I thought you meant a oat latte but it doesn’t even say a oat latte on the menu it does have a sugar cookie oat latte!!!! Unbelievable. It’s just a lack of pride, good workmanship and integrity all around.

Possibly the most inhospitable Starbucks. A corporation so terrified of people in a transit hub they won't provide a bathroom or even seating. No wonder everyone hates Starbucks!

Worst starbucks I've been to worldwide. So unwelcoming and off-brand. No seats, no washroom (the used to have both before Covid). The message couldn't be clearer: give us your money and leave. An insult to all other shops the work hard to make customers feel welcome. Very lazy owners. Staff are professional and competent though as expected.

Somehow the only Starbucks that doesn't deliver consistently. I've been getting the same drink for about a decade and it seems to be done differently by every staff here. One time it's properly done, the next it's over shaken and 50%+ of my drink is foam.

Also considerably slower than other Skytrain locations. Order 8-10 minutes in advance minimum

Not Recommended. The staff at this location refused to honor Starbucks' official refill policy, even though I was eligible. It's a simple customer perk, but they chose to deny it. The service was unhelpful and disappointing. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do too.

Just visited this store the cashier was a guy and not good i asked him for exchange my coffee with lemonade he did refund but he started to tell me that this is more expensive can you pay??? Seriously man….. and then he charged me for around 7$ for a small lemonade i did not say anything and left the store

Starbuck you should monitor these kind of employees who are doing discriminations and charging extra and not doing there jobs well

Ordered here through UberEats. One of the sandwiches was out of stock - even though they left a note, a refund was not given to me. This should have been done automatically with Starbucks and UberEats communicating this with each other. Dishonest practice from both conglomerates. I do not recommend this store location.

Since most of the baristas have been changed recently, the service quality is not as good as before. I understand that some Starbucks policies may also have changed, such as no longer providing water cups and trays for pickup customers.

Today, My friend placed a mobile order through the Starbucks app for two drinks, which I went to pick up for her and requested two-cup trays instead of a four-cup one, as I didn’t want to waste materials and even brought my own shopping bag. However, the barista, JJ, told me that two-cup trays are only for delivery orders, then handed me a four-cup tray and added that I actually wasn’t supposed to take that either. She walked away smiling, only after I realized this was part of a new policy.

While JJ may have been following company policy, she was not trained to communicate this in a polite and professional way. Instead, her attitude came across as dismissive, and even laughing at customers is unprofessional. Beyond making drinks, good customer service is an important part of her role, and in this instance it did not reflect well on Starbucks.
