My gf brought a starbucks tumbler which was 30% off. She asked the cashier to confirm if there was 30% discount on the tumbler we want and he confirmed the discount was there on the product. And also my gf wanted to redeem her membership points on top of that which he agreed. After everything my gr paid the bill. But in the bill there was no discount only my gf points were redeemed. And when she went to ask the other cashier and the cashier said we can only do either discount or redeem the points. They looked like they had no idea how to solve this issue. It took them more than 7 minutes to say we can either do discount or redeem points. Being a regular starbucks customer this was one of the most bad customer service. They should have been clear before they bill us. Very very disappointed. This big francise but so poor service.Never coming back to this place.

The customer service is probably the BEST I’ve ever experienced in a Starbucks! The drinks tasted wonderful! They actually care about the quality of drinks they serve at this Starbucks. I think Starbucks needs to train people at this location worldwide!! Thank you for a great experience.
My PSL - Extra whip came with 0 whip this morning, super sad ? This is how it came, lots of extra room, and no whip even though I’d customized for extra Photo 2 is an update, ordered PSL again and received it with 1/4 missing, this is untouched, how it came. Really disappointing considering it costs almost $7 for a Grande.

Here "Today is the first day of Starbucks' fall drinks being back. I went there to get a Pumpkin Spice Latte. I was surprised to find that there were no chairs available to sit at in this Starbucks branch. I was totally shocked!"
