Dropped by Starbucks to pick up the red cup on Red Cup Day. Tried drinks we hadn’t had before — I got the Sugar Cookie Oat Latte and my husband got the Peppermint Mocha. We both enjoyed our new choices.

Had to place a very large last minute order yesterday. Nikki and Cam were amazing! They rush prepped my order which required a good amount of work and were so patient in helping me set up my points account. Excellent customer service! Egg bites were delicious.

Out of all the locations I go to that are busy.l, this one seems to be the slowest even when there’s no one in there you can wait a good 10 minutes. Unfortunately I also often have received my coffee so hot that it has scalded the inside of my mouth because they steam the milk way too hot. Everyone working here is very nice, but I would definitely suggest focusing a little more as they are caught chatting most of the time amongst themselves while people are waiting. Take your time and make the drinks properly because starting your day burning yourself isn’t fun.

The staffs just chatting, ignored the online order. I waited for 10 mins to checked with the staff, after the app showed the order is ready for pick up. They still didn’t make my order until another 10 mins later. They didn’t apologize at all. It wasn’t busy in the store, they were just chatting the whole time.
Worse experience ever. Get coffee here almost every day. Know many of the Baristas by first name. Had two double shot lattes from Kensington store and como lake store in the morning. Stopped here to use washroom and asked for a water .. They said no unless I buy something. I explained I am a regular. Too bad that is policy. I bought two Starbucks coffees already! Too bad. Been wanting to quit drinking coffee for a long time anyway. Thank you for your help Starbucks.

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for over 10 years, and I’ve never had such a bad experience as I did at the Solo district location. The customer service was terrible, the staff and manager specifically, was extremely rude and uncaring. It’s really disappointing, especially after being a regular for so long. No customer should be treated like that - will not be returning to this location.
