I love visiting Starbucks, especially for your seasonal beverages and oat milk options. However, I’ve noticed that more often than not, the store is out of stock on both the seasonal drinks and oat milk. It can be quite disappointing when you’re excited to try something special, only to find it’s unavailable. I suggest paying closer attention to inventory management, so that customers can enjoy the full range of options you’re known for.

The online order system failed me. One of the slowest Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had. Hope you guys can get some more staff here so I don’t have to wait 45 minutes for a drink with my baby again. ? or at least make it possible to cancel an order.

There are three more Starbucks locations nearby. I compared the prices. Some items were more expensive than the other three locations. I used to go here often because it`s the least busy location among the three, but when I discovered their prices were slightly pricey, I stopped visiting.

"I had a terrible experience at Starbucks number 4415 Skyline Dr. The coffee I received was ice-cold, as if it had been sitting out for hours, and when I asked for a refund, they only offered store credit instead of refunding my credit card. On top of that, the manager and staff were incredibly rude and unapologetic. Avoid this location if you want decent service and quality coffee."
It would be nice if they didn’t list a drive through when there’s no drive through.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. One barista (Tina, very nice) cranking out everyone's drinks as fast as she can while her two coworkers chat with each other and the regulars. Drinks came out sloppy and underblended, but I can hardly blame Tina for that when she seems to be the only one working at this location!

I went in the store with my friend and ordered 23 items. Even i have placed a big order the staff seemed irritated. After placing the order i asked that how much time it will take. There was a staff member named Nikki she just shouted and rudely replied. I only buy my drinks from Starbucks because of experience and good service but sorry now I do not feel same. I felt disrespected
