Customer treatment is good but the staff closes the store super early, sometimes they start cleaning before closing hours, so you need to be “rushing”. Also it could improve cleanliness a little bit.

This place is weird, the girl at the front asked me to pay extra money if i wanted no ice in my drink. And said the charge is to remove the icee! Charged me extra for extra cold foam in my drink and gave it without any foam in there. Change the staff or put them to beginners training as they are not up to the mark for starbucks standards

Typical Starbucks atmosphere. Been here several times and they do not disappoint. Staff are friendly and your order is served on time.

This location never has coffee brewed and you always have to wait for them to make some (or they offer you an americano which does not taste the same and costs more). Every other Starbucks location has either Pike, Blonde, or Dark coffee brewed and ready without any wait. Not sure why each time I’m in here I have to wait for them to brew a black coffee. A coffee shop offering coffee to go that doesn’t have coffee to go.

Rude staff… She put too much milk in my coffee. When I told her my flat white had way too much milk, she started explaining how a flat white is made (as if I haven’t had it hundreds of times before). She offered no solution, and when I asked if she could at least add an extra shot, she said I had to pay for it. Starbucks staff are usually very polite, but the woman working tonight was very rude.

I ordered Tomato&Mozzarella sandwich. The first time they served me the sandwich the cheese and tomatoes was all over the bag, consequently I asked to change the sandwich. Literally what they did is replaced the same sandwich into another bag. Eventually, you can see by the photo what type of sandwich I got. I tried to prove to the staff that this is not the look that $8 sandwich should have, but I was just told that it is served like that.

This location is okay, the other one is a lot better. Just go to the one in convocation they mess up less. They have messed up my lavander matcha lattes a few times and they charge me more for my drinks then the other location( extra shots and stuff) I think it's cuz most of the staff are new and they don't know the set rules for this type of stuff.

As a student, my recent visit to Starbucks left much to be desired. While I don't mind a friendly atmosphere among employees, the wait times for my coffee were unacceptable. Even after the espresso was poured into my iced flat white, there were inexplicable delays. It felt like forever before my drink was finally ready, only for the barista to stand there, seemingly mesmerized by my cup, while chatting and laughing with colleagues. This happened not once, not twice, but three times. And to add insult to injury, I was the only customer waiting. What should have been a quick stop turned into a frustrating ordeal, wasting precious study time. It's great to have a friendly workplace, but not at the expense of efficient service.

Their manager should really train staffs better, at least not keep rolling eyes while ordering. Also, for some of the staff who are really impolite, quit your job if you’re unhappy with it and don’t make me as a customer feel discriminated because of your emo.

I order a venti cup coffee but they just give me like this and told me: if you want full , you have to order extra ice . that just a venti cup not venti coffee!
