Happy that I had my first omakase from Stem. It was a pleasant experience with various dishes and sushi in Stem style. Nice and kind staff and cozy vibes made us feel comfy during the course.
We visited Stem recently to check out their omakase dinner (pre-order required) and enjoyed the experience. The decor and atmosphere was subtly Hawaiian themed, which was fun. Service was attentive and pleasant. More importantly, the food was abundant and delicious. The omakase menu featured various sushi items and cooked dishes. They all hit the spot. Would recommend and I’d visit it again.
Superb. One of the most authentic and well prepared Japanese cuisine in Metro Vancouver. Highly trained chefs meticulously craft each dish with high quality ingredients sourced locally or directly from Japan. Modern décor, friendly service and great sake and wine list. I highly recommend the mini omakase available on select weeknights.
