today staff was very kind, friendly, that’s why i bought VIP membership today, also i am a big fan for Steve Poke with their fresh ingredients, tasty, best Poke in Vancouver for my opinion

Do yourself a favor and skip this location, the service here is awful. I went in and the woman working there barely said a word to me the entire time and just glared at me. When I didn't tip due to the terrible service, she visibly made a face...like what does she expect lol. They also give really small portions. Every other Steve's I've been to has exceptional service except for this place.

Food is always great, however recently, the service is not as exceptional as other Steve's Poke locations. With certain employees, the service is incredibly slow and portion size will be much smaller than standard, with under filled protein and leftovers in the scoop. Requests to add more free toppings will be seemingly unwelcome

It’s great food, pretty expensive but what’s new. It’s that it takes forever because it’s usually one person of the staff helping in the front and they can handle one client. I had to wait over 20 min today.

I wish there was another way to give feedback besides posting publicly on google because i usually have a decent experience . Just want to point out that the asian female serving me on November 29th , 5 pm is incredibly incredibly slow. It took her 10 minutes to serve 1 person. So 20 minutes spent serving the 2 person before me. I think she has some sort of compulsion to even out the quinoa, to position the items in the bowl perfectly, to scrap every corner of everything all while doing it slow like the sloth in zootopia. She is more of an artist dedicated to perfection and less of someone suited for the service industry.
