I am a loyal customer who lives nearby. I used to enjoy having poke here and even introduced it to my friends. I have had great experiences in the past. However, I had a disappointing experience at the end of Nov, 2024.
The staff didn’t ask if I was a member when I paid. I realized this afterward and returned to inform her. She made an excuse, claiming she didn’t have the chance to ask because I was inquiring about what another customer ordered when I noticed their bowl looked better. It’s normal for customers to engage in small conversations, such as asking for recommendations, and this shouldn’t affect the staff’s ability to remain professional and deliver quality service.
I felt like she didn’t want to admit her mistake and instead shifted the blame onto the customer. After this experience, I haven’t visited the store since, even though I received a free avocado voucher.

Staff are very kind, helpful, and amazing! Portions are great and tasty. My gym is just a stop away from brentwood so this will definitely be my go to place from now on for some fresh poke:)

Don’t understand the 1 star reviews. I probably received the best service from Eddie today. Not once in my life I felt so attended by a worker especially the gong show what is happening with a certain group of people and how they treat customers. Eddie was just an awesome guy who helped me pick out my order and was just a beauty. Great food too, and I drove 35 minutes to this place and will definetly drive 35 minutes back to this location.
