the worst ice cream ever. my $10 down the drain. The worker in the cash section seems very lazy and wasn't helpful at all. The ice cream was very watery, mochi tastes like a 1-2 day old mochi, and the pastry / taiyaki part was rock hard. These reviews weren't kidding.

This place is such a scam. I bought some pasteries that were $6.50 but the cashier decided to add herself a $3 tip and then very discreetly pushed the debit terminal in front of me so I couldn’t see the total. I noticed I was charged $9.50 when I got home. I contacted them and the manager said she would e-transfer me a refund and never did. So unethical.

So apparently the taiyaki cones are no longer vegan, which makes no sense cause the ice cream still is. My sister got one and the cones are thinner, stale, and overall cheaper compared to the original vegan ones they had for years. Vegans are what made you guys popular over the pandemic, but I guess you don’t need us for popularity anymore since opening a bunch of new stores
