The crotais are just… gross. The one I had was oily on the outside, raw on the inside. Wasn’t flaky or soft. Just meh. The filling didn’t taste like Nutella and had a strange texture, a bit clumpy. Wouldn’t eat it for free, let alone for $7.

Well I just went into to Stuffies, tried to order a drip coffee. The employee told me she was “New” and could only make Americano, I was ok with that. Then I asked for one of the pockets, that was already made. The employee repeated that she was “New” and wasn’t able to help me anymore as she didn’t know how to use the POS. What?? Why have have staff there that are incapable of making coffee or even doing their job?

We ordered the Beary Berry ice cream and after placing our order, we noticed the screen advertising a Buy 1 Get 1 Free deal. When our order was ready, I asked the staff about the promotion. Her response was that since we hadn't mentioned it while ordering she couldn't make it. Shouldn't she be the one to bring up the promotion instead of expecting customers to remind her? It feels like a tactic to avoid giving away free products rather than a genuine offer.

the worst ice cream ever. my $10 down the drain. The worker in the cash section seems very lazy and wasn't helpful at all. The ice cream was very watery, mochi tastes like a 1-2 day old mochi, and the pastry / taiyaki part was rock hard. These reviews weren't kidding.

never get their chocolate strawberries. total waste of money. they dont pour chocolate syrup or melted chocolate rather its frozen and youd be pranked basically.
